Beautiful hotel in quiet district but close to railway, and tourist highlights. Staff incredibly helpful in all ways including assistance with booking trains etc. Restaurant and pool wonderful, we were happy to eat in and chill out around the pool after a big touristy day

NO REGARD FOR HOUSE GUEST”
We stayed there for one night, as the place was close to the School, our kids wanted to go, however, inspite of repeated request, the hotel kept playing extremely loud music till wee hours in the morning. The hotel was hosting party and preferred step motherly treatment to their own room guest. Absolutely SHITTING AND UNPROFESSIONAL.

Walking distance from Sunshine Intl School. Hence good only for this purpose. However, restaurant had poor service and said any order placed would take minimum 30 mins. Had first agreed to a late check-out by an hour but next day were rude and said it needs to be checked out on time.

worst experience ever”
My stay in The Fern was terrible. There were no amenities provided by the hotel management in the name of covid precautions. The breakfast was terrible with very limited options and the quality was also very bad. I ordered dal and roti, but dal was so salty that we had to leave it and there was no response from the hotel about the quality. The room was smelly, had to call multiple times for simple things, but took forever to deliver. And on top of it, the staff was not helpful. I thought I would get 5-star experience, but it was as same as a 2-star hotel. DO NOT EXPECT 5 STAR EXPERIENCE.

For a quick fly by view of Goa old town, perfect”
Looks more like a business hotel but after being down the south of Goa in lesser accommodation this was perfect. Close to a nice Indian restaurant and a few shops but also a short ride into the main tourist hub of viewing the SFX Jesus Basilica and other churches/museums. The hotel is on a busy road so nothing much you can walk to so if you were basing yourself for more than a couple of days it may not be right but if you want reliable comfortable surroundings, a big pool and a gym this is great value for money despite a slightly disappointing breakfast selection.

Everything good except Taxi Service”
Hotel is very good. Hotel staff is also very co-operative. Facilities are very good. Breakfast is also very good. Only Taxi Service is not good. Specially when you are with family and you trust the hotel taxi driver most. But when he takes you to cruize or to see the dolphins he should select a good vendor. Unfortunately this experience was very bad. He gives priority of his choice (may be according to commission percentage). This was unfortunate.

In the middle of no where”
Maybe this is a new property, resulting in the goof up. Very small property with one restaurant and a bar. They claim it to be a star property. If you just want to be locked up in the rooms than it is a good one as the rooms are good and clean, but the location is awful. As local transportation is costly in Goa, you end up paying to the taxis.

Very Very poor quality of breakfast. ”
The quality & spread of breakfast is very poor. Gone from bad to worse. Have in previous reviews said the same also updated the management. But in vain. The idli & vada were stale, also the cakes & other bakery items were stale. VERY VERY POOR.

Hôtel moderne avec une petite piscine près de laquelle il n’y a que 6 sièges. Les chambres sont grandes et bien équipées. Old Goa n’est qu’à 10 minutes en rickshaw. Au restaurant le personnel a peu d’attention pour vous si, comme c’était le cas, il y a une fête (le midi) ou un groupe (le soir).

従業員が真面目で誠実に対応してくれるので週末と仕事の5泊を気持ち良く過ごすことができた。 ゴアのビーチの喧騒とは全く無縁だ。朝食時のみレストランを使ったが、メニューも割と揃っていて良かった。 ワークショップを開いている欧米系企業や、スポーツ合宿に学校かチームで利用している団体も見受けられた。

位置确实挺差，前不着村，后不着店，最最令人失望的是手机竟然没信号，我可是用的印度手机啊。再也不会住了。进去大厅感觉挺阴森森的，人气也不旺，看来主要是承接旅游旺季订不到房的客人
