I booked this hotel for my parents for their anniversary trip. Both my parents absolutely loved it. The location was amazing, right in the middle of the city. Additionally, the food was good and dinner options were reasonably priced. Plus, the staff was extremely friendly. My mother didn’t want to leave ;). Now she is already planning for next year’s trip.

Good location, good view of mandovi river. Highly maintained and spacious rooms. Breakfast is not at all good given the 5 star property and needs improvement. Very near to casinos and Panjim market if one plans to visit.

We have stayed here as afamily on multiple occasions and consider this as a home away from home. To begin with the location is brilliant, its bang in the middle of the city yet a little up on a hill where you have complete privacy and silence. The views of the river facing rooms are amazing and waking up with a nice cuppa watching the boats come in over the meandering river Mandovi is calming. The staff are absolutely wonderful and take great care to make your stay comfortable and accomodate all your needs. The buffet breakfast spread is generous and well laid out. The coffee shop serves very good Goan and continental cuisine. Overall, we had very good experiences here. I highly recommend it for a peaceful, laid back and relaxing stay.

We had a 3 day trip to Goa, first two days at Deluxe Suite of The Park Calangute and last day in Superior room of The Crown, Panaji. Happy I made the decision of staying in The Crown for a day atleast, as the first two days were a complete disappointment due to the hotel hospitality. The Crown stay completed the trip on a high note. The staff (especially Agnelo, Banku, Daisy, Raktim, Santi, Suprit) were kind, courteous and quite helpful. The Crown rooms are clean and cosy, location is quite good and in house restaurant has a delicious selection of food. Certainly will stay there again!

The suite room was so spacious and well thought upon. It even had an attached backyard space where you could hang out. The shower gel was immaculate smelling. The sheets were clean and fresh. Quite nice interiors. Even with rainstorm outside, we felt quite safe and comforted inside.

I am Gaurav from Delhi, had my stay from 25th Feb, 2021 to 2nd March, 2021….It was 5 Nights and 6 Days long Trip… To the owner /GM of The Crown..If you happen to read the comment ….Please at-least give one point to find fault in the hotel and the hospitality… Absolutely an outstanding hotel, perfectly located. Helpful, friendly staff that go above and beyond to make sure you have the best time. It was my 1st Wedding Anniversary during the stay, which they turned it to be memorable one for me…. It was a lovely surprise when they decorated the room so beautifully!!! It would be unfair if I will not mention the Special Names of Staff who made the Stay such a pleasant..Ms Daizy, Ms Santi, Mr. Faiz – the Front office Manager, Mr. Agnelo- at Travel Desk, The House keeping Manager, Mr. Harshad from Sales Team, Mr Atharv, Mr Raktim, and Each and Every Staff from Housekeeping, Reservations, Billing Desk, to even the Security Guards.
