Absolutely the best hotel in the heart of The Strip”
Perfect location to those who just need to live! :) In the center of action, at the very most Strip heart. Hotel is built 2014 and the rooms interior is fabulous, mixture of modern and ‘40’s or whatever style. Just you have to see it, either to love or to dispraise it. I love, and the framed wall photos are just awesome to increase the atmosphere there. Drai’s rooftop pool is also great entertainment. Only serious downhill is that the doors are not soundproof (well, to praise the design), but if you happen to have “gangsta hip-hop Star” as your temporary neighbor, you’ll better ask room change immediately.

Pleasant surprise upgrade for my birthday!”
Totally surprised to be upgraded to a Suite from a double room. Super happy. It was my 50th birthday and really loved the room. We had drinks at the bar and also, enjoyed dinner at their restaurant, G...something...the food was delicious, too. Thank you again Cromwell for the upgrade and a memorable night.

A hotel for those who like to party!”
The hotel was pretty and the staff very friendly and helpful, and it was in a great location. Now the negative: When we arrived the room was not very clean, so we had to request that it be cleaned again. The shower did not drain well, so we had to request to have that repaired. There were 4 of us staying in the room and we had to request towels/wash cloths every day, because they only left 3 of each when the room was cleaned. We were on the 7th floor and the pool and party area was on the roof (8th floor), so we had to buy ear plugs to sleep. We also complained that the air was not working in the room, but after it was checked by maintenance we were told that the units were energy efficient. The reality was that the air worked well during the daytime, but the room was horribly hot at night. We decided that this was so guests who partied and gambled all night could rest well during the daytime.

Bad experience started at check in, the girl was rude and unhelpful far better options available in Las Vegas will return the the Tropicana next year, no exorbitant parking fees. A really bad experience will not recommend or use this facility in tghe future.

room wasn't ready on time, smelled like weed”
Our room wasn't ready when we checked in at 4pm. Two hours later it was finally ready. When we got into the room, it smelled like someone had been smoking weed in it. Also there was some scum/mold buildup in a few spots in the bathroom. Otherwise the room was clean and nicely maintained, although much smaller than a similarly-priced room at the Palazzo. Maybe we just caught them at a bad moment, but I wouldn't try them again.

Average Experience - good for the hardened gambler”
This place is great if you love gambling all night. If you dont, there are better options elsewhere in Vegas which offer better facilities for the same money. The rooms were ok, but in terms of room service and facilities, there really is not much available.

Rather pay less and stay at motel 6”
-Asked for King bed but got the 2 Queen bed room (Understandable since it wasnt guaranteed) -There was band aid on the door, which was from previous stay, which was weird and little bit gross. -Shower was so small it was hard to move even to wash my own hair. VERY UNCOMFORTABLE -Asked for little bit of a delay in check out time (On Monday) and was shut down immediately. (Never had Vegas hotel who did not give me late checkout previllage. - Rather spend little bit more money and stay at better hotel or spend less and stay at motel 6 - Overall absolutely not worth the value

Not a family friendly hotel and only money making hotel”
Not kids friendly. Kids were not allowed swimming pool. Even the guests were allowed entry upto 1 pm for free, otherwise for charges. In pool area the locker and towel for charges. The night clubs were also with cover charges. Only money making hotel. Breakfast not provided free despite the booking was with free breakfast. Not cleaned daily. Dark rooms. Their Ceasers Palace is best.

I was not satisfied with the cleanliness of this hotel. It is easy to tell that it was a remodel some of the things like windows and screens were old and ripped. They should take time and clean things like the bed frames which look disgusting.

The nightmare during the night”
The biggest problem of this hotel the night club that they have on a top floor. No matter what room you will get, your room walls will be vibrating due to the nightclub. So if you don’t think you will party till 6am this hotel is not for you.
