First experience with family. The hotel is still new and very beautiful. The check-in process was quick and assisted by Kak Lilis. The room was very clean. We were also helped a lot by the housekeeping staff named Dika for our room needs. The breakfast food was also delicious. The check-out process was also quick and assisted by Fiendri. The Botanica Sanctuary architecture lets fresh air through it. It was a very refreshing stay. Overall modern design and clean. A spacious Valley Suite with shower and separate bathtub, nice terrace, a large supply of eco-friendly bath amenities that they also provided in the pool area. Breakfast was delicious, lots of options, also traditional snacks. Staff was fast, friendly but also strick on mask usage while walking around the resto. Rooftop pool was also great, cold refreshing water in main pool, warm water for kids pool, and 2 hot jacuzzi's facing the mountains view, just perfect especially in the chilly afternoon. Staff was always seen in here in the pool, not just to make sure everyone gets a towel, but my feeling: also looking out for safety. Free bike rent for adults, and quite an area to roam around. You can bring kids to Pesona Alam or just walk into the Lake House. We had dinner at the Lake House, transport from hotel, the food was awesome, great beef burger, good value for money. Only critic was the clear noise you can hear from upstairs during the night. Strange how people can drag their furniture (chair on terrace) every 10 seconds from 830-past midnight. Called receptionist but couldn't find the source. I guess it was just the building/design and noisy guest, so you can hear everything so clearly that interupts your peacefull sleep, quite ironic for such a sanctuary. I would say ask for the highest room.

Four and a half stars actually, but a solid ones of course.. We stayed to celebrate my wife's birthday, and I tell you what, we had one of the most pleasant hotel stay at this beautiful place... But first and foremost, I need to convey some concern about this place. This is undoubtfully a great place to stay and celebrate special moments (if you have the suites or better), but it was not a 100% perfect either: 1. They gave us a room with a somewhat loose door handles on the outside part of the room, what a welcome... (video attached), the AC took quite awhile to cool the room, the bed light was somehow turning on and off sometimes, but I figured it out on the second day, so not worth reporting to the operator to fix it.. And after we used the upper shower, a few moments after it somehow leak on it's own for awhile, it startled us because it happened at midnight after we took a bath, but again, since it's midnight we leave it as is because I doubt a technician was there to fix it, and we also already want to take a rest.. But all no big deal because the room offer more pleasant experience for me and my wife.. 2. The check in and out process took quite some times and since I stayed at weekend I have to take queue because it was quite crowded at 3 PM (check in time).. The deposits was IDR 500K and they only accept credit card or cash, but it wasn't any problem for me actually, just tell people who haven't stayed to prepare for it.. A suggestion is, it will be more pleasant if the check in time was not so late on the day at 3 PM, maybe 1 or 2 PM will be better because other hotels, even the lower star hotels had earlier check in time.. But then again, it was not a very big deal actually.. 3. This is the most unpleasant thing on our stay, which affect the most why it is not a 100% percent perfect experience for our stay.. When we are checking out, the receptionist contacted the room service who take care of our room, and strangely he said that one of the hand towel was missing.. We already told that is was above the sitting toilet because last time we used it there, but still he said they can't find it and put a charge note of 25k, which we don't need to pay for (maybe because I put tips upon the table when leaving the room..? 😅) honestly I don't want to sign it because by signing that note I somehow admit that we lost it by our own mistake (which really wasn't), but I just signed it because I already got tired of waiting the queue upon checking out and we really just need to get home.. Sorry to put the complaint first because I want it to get well noticed for you to improve the services.. But despite the complaint, it was actually only a 5 percent of dissatisfaction I felt on our stay, which means we had 95% of great experience in this beautiful hotel! Yes, me and my wife were so happy and had wknderful one night stay here.. The services was good, served with full smile and all.. They gave you healthy welcome drink (which we didn't take so I can't review the taste).. I'm not regretting taking the suites, because it really surpassed my expectations, amenities are very fine, they gave you bubble bath for bath tub and brushes, fine soap and shampoo, all in the bathroom working fine when we used it (beside the shower suddenly leaks after use), the room is quite big for us which was comforting, enjoyable balcony, but I suggest people to take a higher floor rooms for better view (we only got the 1st floor room but it was still quite nice).. After checking in I was surprised that there are some extra services which wasn't informed in any traveling apps when we booked it, they gave you extra traditional cakes at the afternoon! Nice! I asked for complementary for my birthday-ing wife when booking on the app, and they really gave it! And once again it really surpassed my expectations! Our family booked the Loft room and the boys were very happy with the upstairs loft, with futon, bean bag and second tv. The King Bed was also very comfortable for two adults and two young children. My only gripe about this room would be the bathroom and toilet being in separate compartment and that there was a sliding door which either closed the toilet compartment or the shower compartment but cannot close both at the same time... in any case, the room felt a little bit cramped.. a sofa would have been nice. in-room smart Tv had netflix, disney, youtube... kids were happy The hotel hosts a very delicious breakfast buffet, with many choices of local (bubur, nasi goreng, etc), chinese, western (continental, pasta, salad), japanese (egg sushi, miso), middle eastern (Hummus, babaganoush, pita bread), .. very nice selection for a local brand 5 star. there is also steak restaurant which we didnt try, but looks inviting with various international steak selection rooftop pool is not too big, but i am pleasantly surprised with having a warm water kids pool and two heated jacuzzi pool.. overall, a very happy weekend stay for the family. one of the best hotel in Puncak!

I recently had a fantastic experience at this hotel. Here are some highlights: •Layout and Ambience: The hotel’s layout is superb, creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. The ambience was perfect for relaxation, allowing us to unwind and enjoy our stay. •Entertainment: I loved that we could access Netflix using our own account, which made our evenings even more enjoyable. •Sleep Quality: We all slept well, thanks to the comfortable accommodations and peaceful environment. •Location: While the hotel is located in Puncak, which is a bit far from the main attractions, it offers a quiet retreat. However, be prepared for traffic jams during the weekends, especially since it's near the safari. •Overall Experience: Despite the location challenges, the experience was definitely worth it. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!
