The location in Nha Trang city and the cleanliness of the building were very good. The staff's friendliness was also excellent. However, I would like to inform you of some matters to check after staying at the hotel. We booked three rooms, but one room did not have water and small liquor in the refrigerator, while another room had three bottles of water and two small liquors. After unpacking and having dinner, I mentioned to the counter that there was nothing in the refrigerator, but when checking out, I was told that there was no water and liquor, which caused a delay of about 30 minutes. We did replenish one bottle of water during the process of buying water. I hope that the hotel carefully checks the items in the refrigerator at check-in to avoid any unpleasant situations upon check-out. Aside from that, the facilities, cleanliness, and especially the staff's friendliness were more outstanding than any other hotel, and if I visit Nha Trang again, I would like to stay at the hotel.

Advantages: The 3 connecting rooms were great. Especially the connecting door on the window side was nice as it did not interfere with the bed area. The location is just behind a beachfront hotel, so if you are assigned to the 19th floor or higher, you can see a little bit of the sea from the 3 connecting rooms. Particularly, this area has many places open late at night, making it a good location for going out after finishing all your plans and having a late-night snack. The breakfast buffet doesn't have a huge variety, but it has some unique offerings that were nice, and the pho, whether traditional Vietnamese or not, was surprisingly good, satisfying everyone. You can ask for mozzarella cheese to be added to your omelet. The staff were friendly, and when we were a bit late checking out after our massage, they handled it very well, and they took good care of our luggage storage. Our group of 10 stayed in 2 sets of 3 connecting rooms for a total of 6 rooms for 2 nights (19th and 20th floors). Since there's one connection on the first floor, if you request two, you need to get them on the upper and lower floors. Disadvantages: The bathroom ventilation can be slightly inadequate, and sometimes the smell of cigarettes from the floors above or below can come up. One of the rooms on the 19th floor had some issues with the air conditioning not working well. When returning from restaurants or massage places in the city, it's a bit of a detour due to the one-way streets, and there are some congested areas, which is a downside. However, for the most part, we only paid the basic fare for restaurants or massage places. If my parents weren't with us, we would have walked around more.

We are a family of four with middle school and elementary school children, and this was our first visit to Nha Trang. We had a great time during our two-night stay in the city and a half-night stay before heading to the airport. My children are usually quite picky when it comes to hotels, but the twin room with a connecting room was really comfortable, and the cleanliness of the accommodation, bedding, and the friendliness of the staff were all top-notch. Although the breakfast menu options were a bit limited, the staff in the breakfast area (the male staff at the pho station was really delightful) were also friendly, making our experience enjoyable. The location was great, and we used the nearby shops well. I want to go back again!

“Exceptional”
The family decided to stay in NT for an extra night. While walking on Hung Vuong Street, we stumbled upon a beautiful new hotel. We checked the room rates on Agoda and found them quite reasonable, so we booked a VIP room for around 1 million that was spacious, clean, and airy, with a bathtub. The best part is that from the balcony, you can see a diagonal view of the sea. The kitchen staff is very friendly; my child ordered pho with poached eggs, and they made it right away (the restaurant already had fried eggs on the menu). The downside is that the hotel is of such high quality at an affordable price, so many tour groups check in, which means you have to wait a long time if you arrive later. Next door, there's a small ball pit area for children.
