We got welcomed with hot towels, drinks and a free massage. The staff was so friendly and took every extra step to show us the room, explain us the menu and facilities. They were curious, attentive, we never had to think where to go, what to do, as they already planned that ahead and we ended up feeling so relaxed! Even when checking out, a staff goes to check your room to make sure you left nothing. The rooms are modern and clean, with all the amenities you'd expect of a 5 star hotel, and best is since the staff explains everything to you, you don't spend hours figuring out how to use something ;) the pool is really well maintained and feels like a small attraction park with the floating bar. If you are searching a place to relax, have massages and be treated as a king or queen, Alantara is the place.

Super option for quick stay in Sanur for our group traveling to Sortong to Dive. Great place for value. Rooms are well appointed, grounds are delightful, staff is welcoming, breakfast is awesome with many choices. Location is easy access to Rocky fast shuttle to Lembongan. Could not ask for much more given the quality, price and location. Will stay here again.

We had a lovely time in Sanur at the Alantara hotel. The staff are polite, helpful and very kind. They will try and help you with any request or questions you might have. Really impressed with their custome service. The swimming pool is beautiful and clean, so are the rooms. The Alantara is just 15-20 minutes walk from the beach or a quick taxi ride. It's a quieter place compared to the resorts on the beach. Highly recommend this little gem.

Beautiful hotel in beautiful Sanur”
I have recently spent 3 nights here. The room was beautiful and quiet. The staff were all lovely and greeted me by my name. Despite its location being a bit out of town, it is a short walk to the beach. The beach itself was very clean and there is a pathway you can walk along to get into town. I highly recommend walking into town and getting the free shuttle bus back. I cannot fault the service and hospitality of all of the staff. I was sad to leave and will definitely be back.

Originally stayed for one night and extended for an extra. Everyone here is incredibly nice and helpful. When I say everyone, I mean all staff, reception, bar, housecleaning, security, spa, etc. The room was comfy, no Netflix type of TV but lots of channels. Water pressure in the shower was great and the bed was super comfy. I enjoyed my time here. Thank you for the lovely stay 💕💕💕

Hidden Gem in Sanur!”
What you see is what you get. If you are looking for a peaceful place to stay in Sanur but still manageable to reach the touristy area (aroung Danau Tamblingan, etc) The Alantara will be the best option. They also provide free shuttle from hotel to Sanur Centre every 2 hours. The property itself was quite new. Mattress still pristine, bath room clean and the F&B is perfectly cooked. Will definitely back to this gem if I come to Sanur again.

Booked the room through Agoda. All the staff were extremely helpfull and for what its price, it's really worth every pennies. Breakfast was great and it just located by the pool. Room was sparkling clean with a nice decor and really comfortable mattress to sleep with. Will definitely coming back!!

Beautiful and elegant Balinese traditional style in a quiet location in Sanur. An easy 10 min walk to the beach and town centre. Staff were wonderful and the suite was beautiful. Outstanding value for money.

Our stay at the Alantra was full of surprises. We got upgraded to a villa which was just amazing! Everything is so quaint and friendly and has a great vibe It is very traditional Balinese in style which is nice with nice gardens Easy access to everything. The pool is nice but not too good for laps and the swim up bar too high. The outdoor style restaurant is nice Check in was very easy as was check out Very friendly efficient staff and bellboy Spa was overbooked so we missed out on our feee massage Cats hanging around the dinner table was distressing as was the too loud monotonous music at breakfast. Overall it was a great place to stay

Short weekend break ”
Stayed 3 nights Friday to Monday. Got super cheap prices during pandemic we feel guilty like staying for free We stayed at suite room, spacious with bathtub and outdoor shower, really like the outdoor shower with strong pressure and hot water, the thing I cannot do at home Breakfast is good , Ala carte with 3 choices. The best thing is I can order my coffee ☕️ twice from the coffee machine not coffee tubruk, really appreciate that The spa only open on weekends so we booked back massages on Saturday and Sunday…quite pleasure with affordable price The best resource is the service from the persons who served us. Shout out to all of them Location wise you must take car or motorcycle to go to the beach, but that’s ok. We went out to dinner at the beach every evening Overall very good experience and definitely will come back again Bravo Alantara 👏

A very nice hotel for a week stay , we enjoyed the amenities and the food at the restaurant is very tasty . Staff are very helpful a short distance to all Sanur best restaurants. Would stay again . Bed is very comfortable and the bath was a luxury for our stay .
