Staff was very polite and helpful, they can service foreign travelers. Some good experience , free upgrade of room they keep the family together at the same floor. Checkout at 5 pm for free, Some minor points, breakfast was sometimes less. Overall a great time at Tasik Jogja

Simple and cheap hotel”

The staff in the hotel was extremely friendly and nice. they helped us book a trip and the check in and check out were really quick. the location of the hotel is pretty far from the city center and has to be done by taxi. The room was small, the bathroom pretty dirty but it was really quiet. there were not a lot of guest at the hotel. the breakfast was for free but not really tasty and delivered way too early (not according to our request). The meals which can be ordered at night are disgusting and half frozen.

good budget hotel in yogjakarta”

good budget hotel, walking distance to the main street of prawirotaman which has nice restaurants, close to other tourist attractions in yogjakarta. the room was clean but don't expect 5 star, very little hot water and an unpleasent smell in the bathroom. the staff were friendly but beware that this is a new hotel and many taxi drivers do not know where it is, take specific directions with you to avoid getting lost. was a cheap but clean hotel, perfect for a couple of nights stay.

The staff was great. But one of our room, the toilet was little bit smelly but staff managed to handle it.

Helpful and friendly staff. Although the room has ants and in one of the bedrooms the bed sheets needed replacing. The place is okay for one or two nights.
