very nice view”
we stayed in this hotel during new year's eve. We booked 1 villa (Jasmine Villa) which has 3 bedrooms + 1 living room (also function as kitchen) + 1 terrace. To avoid traffic jam, we arrived there in the morning and luckily the villa was empty so we may checked in at 8am (good service from the hotel staff). The hotel is located on the valley and our villa was located in Talita 2 (which is higher than Talita 1). The view is very nice (mountain, trees and Cipanas/Puncak city). Each bedroom has its own bathroom which is good. The resort only has 1 small swimming pool which is located in Talita 1. The view from the terrace (balcony) is very nice. We can watch fireworks from all around our villa and Puncak area since the hotel located on higher place. The bed is also nice and big. The food is OK. We recommend this hotel for those who want to relax and enjoy holiday time.

Cute place for relaxing in Puncak”
i've spent 3 nights in casandra 3 rooms villa during my visit to puncak with my family. the resort facilities are quite nice and well maintained, with lots of gardens, swimmming pool, kids park, etc. the resort occupies all the valley and it is easy to find from the main road as there are banners indicating the exit and big letters "talita" on the upper part of the mountain where the resort is placed, that are illuminated during the night. all rooms had bathroom, and the kitchen was full and functional. the service was good also, and they provided good breakfast, even for take away in our last day that we needed to check out really early before bfast time.

Nice place to get away from the city”
A spaceous resort with lovely chalets, ours featuring intricate woodcarving on every door and window. And the bathroom is huge. Views are amazing and also the outdoor spaces are well maintained. Most chalets seem to be made for groups or families though, rather than a couple. Hence the price, I presume. Beware that traffic to and from Puncak can be torturous. It took us no less than 6 hours to cover a not very impressive distance back to Jakarta.

Perfect mountain area hotel with great room”
My weekend get away in this hotel is very unforgettable because we were very happy and satisfied with the room and hotel staff. The hotel is a bit pricey but its all worthed though. The view from my room is very nice. The bed is also nice. Food is great. Public facility like swimming pool is quite small but other faciliies are great and very dtails with personal touch. Hotel interior is very nice.

perfect scenery and greeny fresh”
the location is in the uphill with perfect view from the cottage, it was perfect for people who wish to have green scenery and away from cars and building view. my two children loved the environment so much. i had good qualitu time with my family and had the chance of doing zumba excercise in front of my cottage. nevertheless there were still some deficiencies of this hotel..the wall nd the ceiling looks dirty, the smell inside the cottage was old and not so good, the first impression of the building was old and dirty, many bugs in the vicinity of cottage, the swimming pool only being maintained in saturday not in working days since when i was there it was thursday and qe were the only guest in that hotel. The menu of breakfast doesnt have many variations, only fried fice, fried noodle, and thin rice noodle. the security when i checking out was not proactive, not helping me lifted my baggage into the car so i did not give him any tips when departed. But overall i was satiafied enougj since my wife and two children enjoyed our 2 days stay in this hotel. But consider the cleanliness and food variety wise, i might not be return to this hotel, i will search for another hotel in my next vacation around Ciloto and Cipanas.

Miserable!! Haunted!!! ”
The hotel provided us with the incorrect amount of room numbers, we booked for 2 rooms, and the hotel voucher also stated the same, but the receptionist insisted that the arrangement was only for 1 room. She mentioned that the hotel marketing staff also confirmed it that way. So we had no choice but to stay in the given room with 4 children, and 7 adults since the hotel was located in a quite far on the top of the mountain, one of our cars almost didn't make it to climb and reach the high level parking spot and it's quite exhausting for us to go back and forth, but lucky the room was like a bungalow so it had a space for living room and kitchen area so we could use few sleeping bags to accomodate our sleepless night on the floor.. We had to call the hotel maintenance to fix the light bulb, lots of crickets, flying insects, and other spooky sound accompanied us throughout the night (thank God it's only for one night). The swimming pool area was located near the reception area so we had to go way down and so exhausted to go back up again.. Very terrible layout!! Breakfast was provided but we couldn't afford to reach the restaurant so we had to call the room service to bring the breakfast up to our room.. So thank you for .....??

We stayed in 3 bed room villa.. The bed rooms are comfortable, each room can maximized til 4 pax. The staffs were helpful and friendly. Quiet and beautiful view The weather is cold and refreahing

No hot water ,to long waiting for the food,Dinner plate left on table outside all night and all day and to be ask to clear and .breakfast 25 minutes waiting and the staff has not tell us why and what the reasons until we ask why .

Lovely location, room ok but not great”
Great location, with nice views and surrounded by lovely gardens. Unfortunately our room was located between the main office and restaurant and with very thin walls we heard every b noise from people in both areas all day and night.

Filthy overpriced room”
The room was severely overpriced. There were bugs everywhere and the staff was inept at cleaning them out after repeated requests. Although we were the only guests in the hotel at the time, they refused to move us to a nicer room after the problems with our room were brought to their attention. The breakfast options were only fried rice or omelet which were both of poor quality.

The perfect spot for nature lovers ! Ambience is well, which is quite natural. Unfortunately needs some improvement due to the age of the buildings. Annoying tip tap noise in the middle of the night.
