"So the truth is that it’s a fairly dilapidated house, not kept particularly clean, and not particularly close to anything. Feels overpriced compared to a capsule hotel in the middle of Osaka which is cleaner, better amenities and actually close to things. Room was a good size. Hospitality was so so. I wouldn’t stay again. "

Though hotel maybe a bit outdated, it is makeup more than expected by the staff impeccable service, convenience and comfort and yes location as well. "Great place. Right on the lake. It is in walking distance to a train station, but so much easier if you have a car. Did not eat at the restaurant, but views are fabulous. Can walk to a fabulous Indian restaurant and a short 5 min drive to a great Italian place. "
