Very good location, just above the Namba Station. Verry well contacted for your travel on the rails and direct Rapid train to Kansai in about 40 mins. Very clean, great staff, restaurants and facilities. Namba Walk, Namba City and Namba Carnival offers plenty of shopping and dining options. Takashimaya has a great supermarket for fruits, food , etc.

Great hotel, a little pricy but well worth if want to send lots of time around the area, it is also well connected to other places of interest and Airport Express. Room’s spacious, great staffs and clean.

Well located, nice & neat ambience… especially if you were first to Osaka, this hotel would be a perfect place to stay and hang around. It’s close to Dotonbori too. Hard to lost the way haha

Easy access”
This was our second time staying here, and it was still a great stay just like before. We love how easy it is to get here from the airport, since you can easily access the hotel right after exiting from the train. The location is also just right, with a short walk to get to the Dotonbori area.

We've stayed at the Swissotel a number of times and have always been pleased with the service and amenities. Love the convenience of walking downstairs and being able to have many shops available - Takashimaya, Kuramon, Dotonburi, all within walking distance. We love the Namba area so much to see and do...... My family love it so much we visited 5 times in 1 year!

The hotel was located in a superb location, especially if you’re taking the limited express from KIX. The rooms are small but functional, clean, and has an amazing view over the city. Just note that if you book through Agoda, Swissotel & Accor will not recognise your ALL membership status

The hotel was just above Namba station. Going there from and to the airport was so convenient. Just downstairs is the information center where tourists can easily be guided as to what trains to ride and the places to go to. The hotel was near Dotonburi and just above the Takashimaya Department Store. Everything was accessible from the hotel and the staff were very helpful, even offering an upgrade to us without us even asking for it. This hotel is definitely going to be our home in Osaka.

Top notch hotel near everything. Pleasant staff made the stay more enjoyable. We stayed over the New Year’s holiday and some nearby stores were closed but there was more than enough going on so that it didn’t matter for what we were doing. The train station a short walk away was a definite plus and made getting to and from the airport easy (best to get a reserved seat).
