You can reach the biggest mall in surabaya over city bridge, clean, good food and good service from their staffs. I met ferry as front liner and he provided the best room for our needs. My stay at Swiss Bell inn Tunjungan”
We arrived at 9 30 AM, knowing that the hotel requires check in at 14.00, we still asked tge staff for check inn, staff were very helpful and super friendly, at 10.30 we were allowed to go in the room, super glad and happy after 15 hours trip from jakarta. When we open the room and saw tge room condition we were even happier because it was super clean and comfy. Swiss bellinn, you are a superstar!!! Thanks and we would love to come back

This hotel location really superb! During my stay, my room also upgraded to premier room by Pak Fery, really appreciate it. I did not take the breakfast package so cannot say anything about it. Overall definitely will come back again during next visit to Surabaya.

I enjoyed my stay very well. The room is clean, the food is excellent, and the staffs are kind and professional. I can say the way they handle customer is like a 5 star hotel. The only thing needs to be improved is that there's no hair dryer in the room. Maybe you can consider adding it to the rooms. Overall, I love it and would love to come back here for my stay.

I stayed there four nights, if there is anything they can improve is the gym to have more treadmills. People tend to use it more than other machine. Others are perfectly fine. Bubur Madura tastes very nice, love it! Comfortable bed as well and clean
