the staff is super helpful thru everything I need. The wifi was on trouble and they really make it works. The room was super comfy, nice view, all clean. The food is so delicious. Maybe just need to work on the motorbike's park.

I am picky but I have no complain for this hotel. Car parking is a bit problem but valet staff is very helpful. So problem is solved :)

Affordable hotel yet very nice”

It's highly recommended to anyone who visit Surabaya. The hotel itself is small, but the room is big enough. The staff has been so helpful and profesionnal. The location is the most standout point. It's easy for you to find any good food around the neighbourhood.
