Exceptional”
I did a tour to Mount Bromo / Ijen and flew in and out from Surabaya. Since I had no time/intentions to visit the city. Therefore the location near the airport was perfect. There was a free shuttle for pick-up/drop-off at the airport which was amazing. Breakfast was included and even early breakfast 4-6am was available if you have an early flight. The only minor negative point is that the rooms are badly soundproofed, but that does not stop me from recommending the hotel. :)

Hotel is very clean, very comfy bed. Bathroom is super clean and quality materials (toilet, shower). Quiet room, i didnt hear a sound of vehicles from outside. Bfaat - more local food, a few western selections. But overall, very good. Definitely worth staying.

A short comfortable stay”
We arrived Surabaya at the very late night. The location was only accessible by taxi ( we thought), but the hotel is outstanding at its price in terms of the breakfast, environment, staff and the service. Will recommend to friends for sure!

Near to airport hotel ”
This hotel provides very good service. One of their staff waited for me almost 30 minutes ++ at the airport (for free airport pickup) -- very understanding, very polite, very friendly. Beautiful hotel, clean, and very comfortable. Choices of breakfast are many! What attracts me the most is the 'jamu' section -- which really portrays Indonesia. Love it! Never regret staying in this hotel.

Convenient, cozy and best choice for business traveler”
Best choice for business traveler if you don't want to stay in city hotel. Near to the airport and also certain industrial area for business visit. In-house restaurant is good with lots of choice from western, vegetarian to local cuisines. Room is clean and cozy too. Hotel can be packed during peak season, advisable to book early.

Very good for people who have early flight”
I booked this hotel on my last day in Surabaya due to my early flight. During the time I stay,the hotel provided excellent service and there's also free shuttle bus to go to the Airport which is very convenient. Variety choice of breakfast and staffs there were very active.

Good transit hotel with everything you need. WiFi was not great in the rooms, but was better in lobby/resto area. Complete buffet breakfast. The airport pickup is very handy as hotel is about 10 minutes drive from the airport.

When i came to this hotel, i just really dirty with cheap sandals and torn trousers and limps leg because i just fell down during the trekking at argopuro mountain. The staff look at me like i came from other planet.. but they are still polite.. the food is not bad.. a specially breakfast time, they also have local food and the taste is good. They also have free of charge airport shuttle every hour so it make me easy to go to the airport (the location is not far from terminal 2)
