A good stay”
In overall it was a nice stay, the hotel staff are friendly, easy cek in and out facilities is good, surrounding by shopping mall and since the hotel located in city center so it's easy to go or walk around. The hotel design is old with some parts that noticable need some repairment. We're not received towel in the bathroom and compliment drinking water when arrived but with a phone call they'll provide it. The food just ordinary taste, we tried breakfast menu, also order a few meals like french fries, fried banana, fried dory fish, spaghetti and fried noodle also coffee latte and juice as drinks. The room itself is considered a big room since with sufficient ammenities but since the room located at 2nd floor and facing directly to the road it might not comforting for some traveller as a bit noisy from traffic and people shouting

Pros: good location (very near from Plaza Sby & WTC) Cons: no floor mat, no room slippers, no replenishment on toilet papers.Shower tap is difficult to open & close.Takes longer time to get the hot water. Booked 2 rooms & they were connecting rooms.The room where my kids stayed in having these weird things going on.The room phone rang but noone spoke when answered,heard the door knock but noone outside! Curtains are dirty.One of the bath towels had hole & rusty stains too. Breakfast was not so fantastic, the soursop juice was too diluted,fried beehoon was not well cooked thoroughly (still so chewy). Swimming pool is shared with publics.Gym equipments condition are already wear & tear.

Classic hotel and everything was good except that the bed type isn't the same as I ordered. I ordered queen bed because I came alone but they give me twin, it's kinda annoying. I already make it clear in the app that I ordered double bed not twin bed. everything else was fine
