not best for family, the picture didn’t match the real condition the room didn’t feel cleaned eventhough the host say it’s been cleaned already, this room have no access parking card / broken / whatever , so if you bring a car you might been offered to a room in other tower thats even worse than this, not flexible at all, the host number is different with the contact showed on the app, you must call customer service and email frequently before check in, check in prosses is inconvenient.

Walau kamar kecil, ngepres kalau bertiga namun letaknya yang strategis nymbung sama Mal Pakuwon menjadikan Superior Orchard pilihan saat di Surabaya. Terdapat kolam renang dan fitness [tutup saat covid-19]. Lingkungan sekitar adalah perumahan mewah tertata rapi nan asri sehingga cocok buat jogging.

Apartment bersih dan berada di dalam area mall, turun 1 lantai sudah Hypermart. Cocok untuk staycation, saya diarahkan via WA oleh pemilik dengan mudah. Di dalam apartment tersedia alat masak seperti kulkas, 2 kompor portable, panci, teflon, piring, gelas, sendok, garpu, pisau dan ada gas tambahan jaga jaga kalau habis mungkin ya. Pemandangan depan balcon adalah kolam renang dan perkotaan. Air panas berfungsi baik, di dalam KM tersedia sabun cair Lifebuoy, ada 2 handuk juga. WiFi lancar di dalam ruangan. Saran : ditambah microwave lebih bagus. Terima kasih.

Karena ternyata saya tugas dinas ke kota laen, kpaksa ga jado stay di sini. Tapi karena ini apartemen, tidak saya pindahtangankan ke org laen. Yg pasto, owner sangat responsif. Bgitu saya melakukan booking, lgsg menghubungi saya di wa dan menjelaskan sesuatunya. Bahkan di tanggal seharusnya saya stay, owner juga mem follow up akomodasinya seperti apa. Super ramah dan insya Allah amanah. Kalo ke Surabaya lagi, pasti saya stay di sini lagi. Thank you 😊

actually the location is good because its above Pakuwon Mall and you can directly go to Pakuwon Mall. but the owner not fast response by whatsapp. the apart doesnt have towel and mineral water, so you have to bring it by yourself. i already ask about the towel but the owner doesnt response it. and the bed-sheet smells not good
