Comfortable and strategic”
Clean apartment located inside a mall, just one floor down is Hypermart. Suitable for staycation, I was easily directed by the owner via WhatsApp. The apartment is equipped with cooking utensils such as a refrigerator, 2 portable stoves, pots, pans, plates, glasses, spoons, forks, knives, and there is additional gas just in case it runs out. The balcony offers a view of the swimming pool and the city. The hot water works well, and there is liquid soap available in the bathroom, along with 2 towels. The WiFi is good inside the room. Suggestion: it would be better to add a microwave. Thank you.

The environment is nice”
Although the room is small and cramped for three people, the strategic location adjacent to Mal Pakuwon makes Superior Orchard a good choice when in Surabaya. There is a swimming pool and fitness center [closed during covid-19]. The surrounding environment is a neatly arranged luxurious residential area, suitable for jogging.

unproffesional owner”
after our booking is confirmed the owner did not contact us at all. then when we wanted to check in, he asked for deposit with price higher than our booking. it is said that the check in time is at 2pm, but I haven't receive the check in information until that time because the property is not ready yet. after checked out, the owner also did not ask for my bank information to payback my deposit. then after several hours waiting for reply i gave my bank information to the owner and told him that I will wait for my deposit back. 2 days later, i haven't got my deposit back, so I contact him again asking for my deposit. after that, finally he gave my money back. I feel that he is so unprofessional, and the deposit thing is not in the policy either. for the property actually it's quite okay, the price is okay the location is okay.
