Convenient hotel to stay”
The staff spoke several languages, including standard Mandarin, which made it easy for us to ask questions and get the precise and correct answer. The hotel provided a bottle of free water every day, which helped us a lot, because water is not cheap in Tokyo. The room was comfortable. There was 7 washing machines and 7 dryers on 6F. Because some guests didn't took away their clothes after the laundry was done, we lined up for over 30 minutes to wash our clothes, and the filters in the dryers was not clean, which made our clothes full of dust after using it. Visitors should think twice before using the coin laundry room. The hotel was a little bit far away from the Ikebukuro Station, but was near to the restaurants and stores. A good hotel to stay in Tokyo!

Attractive Spot!”
I stayed here just a night only, the staffs are nice and looking good everyone LOL especially male staffs. Easy check in& out and the hotel itself is connectted to the department store and shopping street, you will never fail choosing to stay here. Family Mart is also inside the hotel for your late night meal, room is big and bed presents ypu a pleasent sleep. If I have time to Tokyo, I will com back again

Everything is nice in this hotel, eventhough the room is quite smaller but it is clean, tidy and best view. Cheaper even on the last minute search. The breakfast buffet is good with variety of foods. Closer to many areas include the stations and stores just by walking less than 8 minutes.

Everything you need is close by! The hotel is close to Ikebukuro station with lots of stores and restaurants along the way. The best part is the hotel is connected to Sunshine City Mall and for your late night/early morning cravings Family Mart is just an elevator ride down to the lobby!

Exceptional”
Fantastic location. Hotel has a Family Mart within, next to the hotel lobby. Very convenient to get food, drinks, essentials. Hotel is connected directly to Sunshine City Mall and is also a 10-minute walk to the train subway station (inclusive of indoor walk from hotel through the mall to its basement exit that covers 1/3 of the journey). Various shops, eateries, entertainment venues line the Sunshine Dori street that is just outside the mall’s exit. Have stayed at this hotel 3 times and will definitely stay there again.

This hotel is definitely a hotel that I would stay whenever I'm here in Tokyo, Japan. Easily accessible to sunshine city and for pokemon fans, you can accessible the pokemon store easily. The room and bed is always top-notch and comfortable.

This hotel is super convenience. From the airport - there is airport limousine bus drop at hotel itself. Staff is very freindly and fully support. Room and facility all are clean and easy to use. Nearby is very convenience to supermarket and in lobby floor has Family marts which very convenience to buy stuff.

I stayed here three times at least and the hotel service is excellent. recently I left item in the hotel room after checking out and called their hotline. except for the line that keeps re-directing me to someone who speaks English, the staff were helpful and housekeeping team tried to contact me after finding my item.

Lot of restaurants and supermarket Seiyu nearby. Also have 100yen shop not far from hotel . I was pleasure staying at this hotel. This was my 2nd time to stay here

Value for money. Location can be better”
Good : 1. Sunshine City mall is connected to the hotel, with underground passage that connects to the Main Street. 2. Room is clean and comfortable. 3. Helpful staff. 4. Convenient store next to lobby. 5. Direct bus from Haneda Airport to the hotel. Bad : 1. Room’s a/c is barely working during winter. The airflow was so weak, making the room stuffy. Window is sealed shut so there’s no way to get some air in. Staff provided fan but it only helped a little. 2. Hotel is located quite a distance from the train station. If you’re planning to shop, best to buy from nearby shops and carry back to the hotel.

Perfect location!”
Stayed for 7 nights at Sunshine Prince Hotel Ikebukuro, very good location, especially easy access from Narita or Haneda airport as it has direct airport bus service to the hotel. On top of that, there is a 24 hours Family Mart located in the building for you to buy snacks, drinks etc. The hotel is also connected to the Sunshine Mall, easy to look for restaurants and do a little bit of shopping. For those coming with young children, do visit the Sunshine Aquarium, not too big but entertaining for the kids, look out for the penguins! There is also a new feature of this service called "Ike Bus" where you can get on ride along the Ikebukuro area, just hop on the red or yellow Ike bus at the bus stop located right in front of the hotel. If you are looking to rent a car, there is Nippon Rental Car right at the basement, super easy! Walking to Ikebukuro around 10 mins, along the way there are shops. Recommended!

100% satisfied with my hotel, it was v spacious given the typical hotel size in Japan and the hotel interior was new and always kept clean. Well connected to the neighbouring malls and to other subway stations too. Highly recommend this hotel for families with young children!
