This place is very respectfully toward themselves and others. We've been coming here on and off for several months now and not once have we ever had an issue with anyone customer or staff. Thanks to sunrise Inn always making us feel at home.

Nice and quiet in the cut. Fast food walking distance. Right next to Hwy 15. Downtown and the Strip an Uber away. Staff is cool and don't mess with anyone unless you mess with them.. My 2nd time here and will be staying here in the future.

It’s away from the strip what I love if you not to boogie and want neighborhood out the way comfy vibe and want to be around more locals you like it here everytime I stayed here it’s comfy for me and right off the freeway no out rages prices either.

You get what you paid for”
I booked this stay on a weekend and was surprised for the price. Upon arrival we found parking was easy as it was on the premises. We met with the receptionist and she was very kind and sweet. Great person to talk to and is very genuine. The pool and jacuzzi we're closed as they were remodeling so that was unfortunate. Our room was located on the floor below and the curtains were broken and wouldn't stay on. They had footsteps on them and were uneasy to use. Another thing was the cleanliness of the room as there was a stain on the wall, and the inside of the end tables were dirty and still had trash inside. When we went to turn on a lamp, one of the switches was broken and another lamp had the wire cut off? Idk for what reason but they left it in the room as well. The bathroom is a little tight but is fit for ones needs and the water would run whenever the people above us used the restroom so it sucked to see that the water isn't being used efficiently. We asked for a nonsmoking room and found a burn mark on our blanket. The blanket was passable but it's been worn out completely and we had only 2 pillows and they were worm out as well, they were flat and not even the same size. One pillow was a regular standard pillow and the other one was half the size. Unfortunately this was not a great stay. It was good as it was a last minute stay but never coming again.

This hotel is located in a crime riddled area of North Las Vegas. (This was verified by local police. ) First night had catalytic converter stolen from our vehicle. The hotel does not have a recording capability for their outdoor cameras! Facility was also very lacking in accommodations, e.g., ultra-mini pillows, no bedspreads. Had to request a blanket.

The owner will not replace the boiler for the hotel; they do not have adequate hot water which is a health problem and they rent you a room with a sink that has a back up water problem. They do not provide blankets or quilts in room. If you call the front desk about the hot water problem or ask for a blanket they tell you that you have to wait until maintenance comes in the morning.

North Las Vegas Sunrise Inn”
The location is about 10 miles from the strip so very far . The microwave did not work room was clean however floors were extremely dirty. Pool looked like it had not been used in awhile. There were mattresses stored next to the pool outside..
