I got a really good rate for a Summerlin based hotel. Near shopping, restaurants, and beautiful golf course view. My only complaint is the smoky casino (but... this is Las Vegas)

Awesome Value”
My teenaged daughter and I stayed here for a sports tournament last week. The rooms were inexpensive and well-equipped (coffee maker, small fridge, etc.). The hotel wasn't crowded during these days and the parking was plentiful. The rooms were very large (our room had 2 queen beds) and the bathroom was spacious as well. Hotel staff was courteous and they cleaned our rooms without having to ask (rare nowdays). The hotel is across the street from shops and hotels, with the main area of Summerlin about 10 minutes away. We'd definitely stay there again.

Clean, Modern, Upscale”
Stayed here on my way from Southern AZ to Reno. Liked the location for a quick exit north but the property is also an amazing hotel and casino. Friendly staff, nice room, great bartenders and good upscale vibe. Not to mention the Tesla chargers on property which were a nice bonus. I’ll definitely stay here next trip through.

A Great Value In Las Vegas ”
During our annual trip to Las Vegas to cover The Consumer Electronics Show; we stayed at the Suncoast Casino. This was our first time visiting the locale and my Brother in Law who lives in the area had said that it was a good option for us even though it was about 25 minutes away from the Las Vegas Strip. We had plenty of parking options in the lot available after we arrived and made our way to the check in desk with our baggage. The staff was very pleasant and prompt and had us checked in quickly and directed us to where we could sign up for a Rewards Card which allowed discounts on the Buffet and other benefits. Our room was very nice as it was spacious and had a large bathroom, couch and lounge area, a desk and work area, and plenty of shelf and drawer space. The room also had a small refrigerator and a safe and a flat screen television. We opted to eat at the St. Tropez Buffet and they had stations of cuisine incorporating Mexican, Chinese, Italian, Seafood, American, and Mongol

Good for the price”
You definitely get what you paid for. The room was nice but not what we reserved. The dryer in the bathroom didn’t blow hot air and it looked like they hadn’t cleaned the shower because there was still someone black hair stuck on the wall. We were on the 3rd floor that was supposed to be non smoking but I swear the smell of the cigarette smoke came up there from the casino. The employees were super nice though and the location was great.

This hotel is in a great, safe location! Staff was very kind. Summerlin is about 15 min from the strip and close to hiking. Views beautiful! Excellent stay! just be warned that there will be resort fees and taxes added at check in.

The golf course view is nice. We switched because we wanted to see the town, but got a view of the roof instead. Rooms are nice and spacious. Carpets are a little outdated on the floors. Nothing was open due to covid (pool, gym, other amenities.) that was a bummer with kiddos. But that’s most hotels right now. Hotel was cheaper than most hotels in the area. Our family lives on this side of town so location was nice for us. Hotel staff was very nice and accommodating. Hubby even won some money playing in the casino. Restaurants were Decent prices, kids meals were kind of pricey. Food was good, really good pancakes! And all you can eat from 6am to 9am (?) would recommending staying here for a cheaper hotel that’s still nice.

Refuse to Pay Resort Fee”
Except for the painfully slow Wi-Fi, the hotel was fine. But, on principle, I will never recommend anyone stay at hotels with sneaky "resort fees". Charging a $28/day fee at check-in is absurd, and it's a slimy way to upcharge your guests.
