We stayed there before and after a cruise. Both times the staff was exceptional., but in particular our last day there. Our flight was delayed and the young lady at the desk extended our check out time at no charge. These folks go to great lengths to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The concierge Ford was very helpful as well. Overall I highly recommend this Hotel.
