The room is slightly old but well-maintained, and the cleanliness of the room, bathroom, and kitchen is especially good. The location is also great, with easy access to major tourist attractions. Although the sound of Vietnamese traffic can be heard even on the 21st floor, it is quiet at night. Inter-floor noise is not noticeable. If I come to Hanoi again, I would like to stay at this cost-effective accommodation.

The Residence Hotel was the perfect choice for a family trip. Especially since most of the Halong Bay day tours provide pick-up and drop-off services to this hotel. The hotel has a market, swimming pool, gym, sauna, and all of these facilities are provided for free. Additionally, free coffee is served in the lobby in the morning. The staff were also very friendly and satisfactory. If I plan another trip to Hanoi, I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

I was worried that the hygiene might be poor if the management is not good because it's a residence, but it's very clean. The sink, washing machine, and refrigerator were all clean, so I used them well! Especially since there are two rooms and two bathrooms, I am very satisfied with the price. I brought a shower filter and installed it, but the filter color didn't change. The staff members are also kind.

We fully enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The 2-Bedroom Deluxe fit my family which also come with a lounge and dining area and a kitchen and washing machine. The entire hotel is very clean. The amenities provided by the hotel are sufficient. The staff are all very friendly, kind and attentive. The swimming pool, recreation area and gym are located at the 4th floor and it’s free for staying guests. There is a resident lounge at the 4th floor too where you can help yourself with coffee or tea and some cookies free for staying guests. A convenience store is attached just behind the hotel lobby which opened until 10:00pm. Excellent for you to grab some snack, food or drinks, even alcohol as and when needed. The location of the hotel is excellent. Just a 9-minute walk to St. Joseph Cathedral where you can start your exploration at the famous Old Quarters. Alternatively, you can always call a Grab car which is very affordable. I would recommend this hotel and will stay again if I am visiting Hanoi.

The Family Room with 2 bedrooms was kept clean, and the friendly staffs make the stay even better. There is a mini Supermarket and Japanese restaurant located on the first floor, and lots of restaurants located within walking distance from the hotel.
