Parqgon hotel is a very strategic hotel, but this hotel really need to maintain & renovate the rooms”

Hotel room shows it’s ageing”
Toilet is smelly, old and some parts are mouldy. The smell of sewerage is everywhere. Furniture, bed sheet and pillow is dirty and smelly. Staff is really friendly, location is great- near mall- very convenient. nice big room.

Air conditioning not working”
Air conditioning both are not working, the room is dark, not enough lighting, the bathroom is mouldy, smells like sewerage and the drain is clogged. Location is great and staff is friendly.

Room is OLD & DIRTY. I accidentally touched spider web near the closet. When we moved the bed, there was a pair of slippers that wasn’t ours!! Bathroom is not small, not clean & so outdated. My kids sneezed a lot when entering the room because if the dust & they complained about the smell. We realized it later that they placed us in the smoking room!! Pictures on the website are deceiving. We arrived past 9 PM that night & the told us that’s the only room available. So glad... we only booked the room for 1 night! Is it really a 4-stars hotel?

it's been like a dream come true to be able to stay in this hotel as during my first trip to solo, i've passed by this hotel and said to myself that the next time i come to solo, i must stay at this hotel. as i arrived at the hotel, the interior and spacious lobby area (along with d'breeze lounge next to the lobby) has wow me. the check-in process was quick and easy and i got room at 19th floor. the lobby has some features as restaurants and small batik shops that is quite nice and clean. the solo paragon hotel and residences consists of hotel and serviced apartments but shared the same elevator. entering the room just make me feels like home as the room so big and homy. the room itself is very clean and comfortable with wooden floor and big-bed and minimalist style and interior. it's really make me want to come back to this hotel again and again in the future. the food was great (although they serve it in a wrong way) only the employees need to learn english as they weren't familiar with the menus themselves. the poor thing of all is the service during check-out time where we have to mix ourselves with the new-coming guests and it made a long queue just to check-out and give back the room-card. i think they have to add special desks/counters only for the check-out guests.

Solo, Paragon has a beautiful view of the scenery that the city of Solo, mall facilities are very supportive of the needs, a strategic location in the center of the city, the hotel lay out enough to support privacy. And the price is quite competitive for the size of the city of Solo. To note is the demand response service / information to the operator via telphon quite slow. Need to be corrected on this matter.

i felt comfortable to stay at the paragon hotel . the services was good . very warm wellcome by the secuirty guards , bellboys , front officers . the room is cleaned and tidy . the air conditioned was working properly and feel cool eventough the weather was pretty hot. it's amazing because the only hotel in surakarta is attached to the shopping mall so i could find everything i need. my family is very satisfied to stay at the paragon hotel at solo. so must try this hotel again.

Comfortable, Convenient, Cheap”
For the price the Solo Paragon must be considered if you require accommodation in Solo. The hotel met all our needs as a young couple. Overall the rooms are very comfortable, well furnished, and quite spacious. The only downside was the absence of a dining table, and lack of alternative arrangement to enjoy the decent hotel restaurant food. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is attached to a mall, so anything you need is a short walk away. And the hotel provide a taxi service that use a meter at a very reliable and worthwhile rate, never costing more than the minimum Rp.15,000 in the city - about Rp.50,000 to the airport. Also, it is quite new - especially compared to the other 'name' hotels in Solo. We enjoyed our stay very much.
