Enjoyed our stay!”
Overall stay was excellent! Staff was friendly and accommodating! We were able to drop off our bags when we arrived early and they sent us an sms that they delivered them to our room once the room was ready. The room was spacious and well-stocked! Facilities were clean and services were spot-on! Location was very near to MOA and Ayala by the Bay! Loved the breakfast buffet! Would definitely book again for another occasion.

Great hospitality! ”
This was by far the best experience with a casino hotel I’ve had during my stay in the PI. Every staff member I encountered with were very accommodating and answered any questions I had (Trust me I had a lot and at different times, lol). The room I stayed in had lots of space. The only issues I had in the room was that there were no locks behind the barn-like bathroom doors and also see-through glass window walls for the toilets. Other than that the room was delightful.

Best staycation I've had so far”
I booked a staycation for my birthday & everything was outstanding. From the welcome, to the generous gestures. I was given an upgrade on the room, with welcome fruits & treats. & they even prepared a surprise cake for me! As for the room, it was clean & very well appointed, the beds were super comfy, & the room amenities were complete. The best part, in my opinion are the staff. They were all very welcoming & accommodating, I can't appreciate them enough for the lovely stay. Will definitely go back and stay here again! Thank you!

Best five star hotel experience in Manila”
This hotel made us feel VIP. From the time we arrived to the lobby up to the end of our stay, we have experienced a superb customer service from Solaire staff. We were upgraded to a premier room and allowed us for an early check in. They were very prompt for all our requests and even provided with extra amenities more than what we needed. Breakfast was also delicious, with many varieties to choose from. The staff named jayvee even approached to check us to ask for anything we would like to have. I have been longing for a mango fruit which was not in the spread. Jayvee din an extra mile to provide me with 3 or 4 pieces of peeled and cut mangoes. We’re full but he made sure to offer other varieties available for ordering. Will definitely stay in this hotel again.

Birthday Staycation”
Thank you Solaire staff from the front desk, dining staff, housekeeping, guards, Fresh Buffet, and Breakfast buffet. My partner and I booked a deluxe room last July 3-4, 2022, upon entering the room, they have prepared a cake and balloons as a surprise for my birthday. Everyone was approachable and friendly, especially Ms Julie Ann (i think) from the front desk. Everything was so clean and they followed all the safety protocol. Thank you so much Solaire! Hopefully, when the pandemic ends every guest are allowed to bring food and drinks. Nonetheless, the food from the in-room dining and restaurants are so good!!

I stayed here in 2016 and had an amazing experience....absolutely top notch. I've wanted to come back since the day I left. It took 6 years due to Covid protocols, and it was worth the wait! It was even bigger and better this time! Literally,, my favorite hotel in the world! And I've stayed in alot of them!

Topnotch in all aspects! Best asset is the staff. Everyone is commendable - the front desk staff, Fresh buffet chefs and wait staff, Foodcourt , housekeeping, all of them were warm and welcoming and very pleasant to us. We were happy with our bay view room- it was fresh and spacious and had ample amenities, bed linen and towels were fresh, choice of toiletries very good, Worth mentioning also are the beautiful floral arrangements dotting the lobby, elevator area, etc. All in all a memorable staycation worth repeating.

One of the best 5 star hotels. We ordered room-in food and it was superb! Expensive but with the price, from the ingredients/cooking to presentation. The ground flr area smells less with cigarettes, unlike other casino hotel. And toilets everywhere

Absolutely loved the weekend spent in Solaire. They are so accommodating and considerate especially to my mom, senior with a disability. They also helped in preparing a surprise for my hubby's birthday! The kids loved the pool. Overall, great stay!

HOLIDAY STAYCATION”
It was a good choice of stay because we have the bay view wherein you can see the bay and it was near malls like Ayala Malls by the Bay, SM Moa, and SM by the Bay. We didn't have any problems on parking because they have valet parking that comes with our booking nor the rooms and accessing different amenities within the vicinity. Would definitely be back ♥

Great view”
We loved out bayview room. Restaurants were similar to US prices. Food quality was excellent. Pool looks amazing but we didn't get to try it out. Were disappointed the hotel was still requiring masks throughout when the rest of where we stayed in Manila & Philippines (except airport) did not. We complied but did not stay longer as a result.

I wish I could'e stayed for at least 2 days”
1 days is not enough, unlike other Hotels you ar e ok with just staying 1 day. I loved everything, specially if you like to gamble the Casino is just there, also shop and there are of course optional restaurants to choose. The shops are high end and if you are just an average person like me, then you have MOA and Ayala Malls just near you. The breakfast buffet was a plus for me.

I Have stayed at many hotels around world. As i long haul travel a lot from NZ to Ireland. This was the best experience. I got complimentary upgrade to Suite. The many bars and restaurants give the feeling that you stay in a small city. Great food and super service from staff. Probably best buffet breakfast.

Haven’t been to the property for awhile, but the overall great experience has not dwindled with time. My upgraded room was beautiful with super amenities. In these trying times the hotel was taking extra cleaning measures everywhere to keep the guests and staff safe👍Special thanks to front desk agent Miguel Ronquillo. He treated us like Rock Stars and really got our Anniversary going. Thanks also to the entire staff for their superb world class work😘
