Nice stay, but not superb”
It was good, but I'd give it four, not five, stars. The bed was lumpy, service was friendly but not always easy to find, and there were renos happening right outside my room, so I had to keep the drapes shut. The hotel is beautiful and is a destination itself.

Not 5 star”
Definitely not 5 star for service, which was less than optimal. Room not ready at check-in time. Staff unhelpful. Had stayed the previous night with a group, but they made me check in again the next day, rather than accept both my reservations once. Restaurants are mediocre, both in menu options and quality of food. Air conditioner not working.

2 jours très sympathique ”
Avec mon épouse nous avons passé 2 nuits à l’hôtel les personnel très sympa et tous très accueillants vers les clients, nous avons eu un problème avec le lit de la premier nuit qui était cassé 2 lits ensmeble, nous avons demandé une seule lit alors nous avons été déplacé sur autre chambre le jour d’après alors tout très bien, egalment j’ai demandé à faire un cocktail HUGO très connu en Europe et le barman a été très intéressé à le faire et c’est été très bon, merci à l’hôtel et son équipe pour ces 2 nuits super sympas et on reviendra avec notre fille pour profiter en famille, MERCI SOFITEL

La chambres devais être prête à 15 h lors de mon arrivé elle était pas prête on m’a dit d’attendre et que l’on allé m’appeler sur mon tél des quel serait prête personne ne m’a appelé je suis revenu à 17h sans que personne ne m’appelle , la chambre que l’on m’a donné devais avoir vus sur le jardin j’avais une vue sur l’entrée du personnel de l’hôtel donc que des va et vien toute la nuit en plus de sa la vus des bout de verre de bouteille de bière sur la vus de la terrasse , j’ai pris des foto de la bouteille de bière cassé et des détritus

Bon emplacement mais service pas à la hauteur...”
Réservation faite pour une chambre avec kingsize bed, en arrivant nous avions 2 lits. Il a fallu insister pour changer de chambre. Après le changement de chambre, nous nous sommes retrouvés effectivement avec un kingsize, mais la clim ne fonctionnait pas, la chambre faisait partie d'une partie de l'hotel en rénovation et donc pas terminée. Il a fallu encore se bagarer pour que ce soit réparé, puis sèche-cheveux qui ne fonctionnait pas, bref... l'hôtel était loin d'être plien et il nous ont pis à un étage non terminé. Ce n'est pas la première fois que nous descendons au Sofitel, choisi pour la localisation prôche de tout et pour les jardins et piscine chauffée, mais à chaque séjour, il y a un soucis.... Nous allons chercher un autre établissement répondant aux critères d'un hôtel de ce niveau.
