This property is one of the best units that you can book in Tagayatay. The location is strategic, in the middle of Tagaytay, just across Ayala Serin Mall. It is a 80 square meter 2 bedroom condo that is tastefully designed and furnished with brand new appliances and fixtures.

It gives guests a feeling of staying in a Tagaytay villa because the tower is next to the swimming pool area. The masters has a pool view. It is big enough to fit 6 guests, & is furnished to accommodate groups.

Other things to note

Swimming pool can be used by 5 guests at a time, 8 persons can take turns. Pool fee is Php 100/per person for weekdays and Php 150/per person during weekends.
Swimmimg schedule: 10:00am to 5:30 pm and 6:00 pm to 9:00pm

Turn on exhaust when cooking to keep smoke alarm from making a sound. 7. When using the sofa bed to sleep, please use extra bed covers to cover it before lying down on it. 8. Please keep noise to a minimum especially after 10pm We need to get all the names of the guests staying in the unit & submit to the property management.

    Upgraded property”

    The house was in maintenance after booking but a 4 bedroom house in a subdivision was on offer instead or refund. We took the house and was good, helpful, nice location and Staff/Security. Also amenities was at highlands was made available with deposit of guest card.

    Disgusting”

    The whole unit is old. There are USED blankets in the cabinet, a bunch of USED toothbrush in the toilet, no toiletries, no tissue, no phone line, smelly bathroom, no blankets and pillow cases among others. How can we sleep?Note that there are also used toothbrush inside the kitchen drawers. We just checked the fine print in Agoda and it seems misleading. It says "Taking advantage of a wealth of unrivaled service and amenities at this Batangas hotel." It features that guests can have access to the club facilities like sports center and restaurants but upon check in we were told that we can't use the amenities but only the train and the unit reserved.With all these in place, my family decided to pull out from that place . Wasted time, wasted effort, spoiled vacation. On the other hand, the whole amount that i paid from that booking was refunded to me the next business day. My family always book our accommodations in agoda but this was my first time to experience that my expectations as written in in the fine print was not met.

    The view, safe and clean

    It was good, the room is big and good enough for us. Although the structure, some furnitures and appliances are a bit old, the place is still clean and safe. Over all still a great experience.
