Perfect from A-Z”
First of all, a special shout-out to the amazing breakast crew who truly go our of their way to give an amazing dining experience. Best barista award goes to Mas Aldo, who serves a mean double espresso and always has time for a chat. And to Pak Djodjo who always stops by to say hi and has the nicest personality ever. Big Thank You to the Kafe Bromo breakfast team, the entire restaurant and kitchen crew, for making our mornings the highlight of our stay. The service and food were just perfection. Made good use of the 24 hour gym, which is well equipped and very clean (had to burn of those huge breakfasts!). The rooms were kept so clean and the housekeeping team was very accommodating. Reception and Concierge as lovely and efficient as always. Loved popping in and out of Tunjungan Plaza mall on a whim, so convenient with all the heavy traffic in the city to have everything within a few paces. The Club Lounge was also exceptional, lovely peaceful place to chill and have a snack in peace and quite while catching up on work and emails. I always leave the Sheraton Surabaya wishing I could stay longer. Thank you so much to every single one of the staff and crew, I look forward to coming back soon!

10 out of 10 everything was perfect. Specifically staff in any area. Alfandy was very nice looking after us on Breakfast time. Any requests was prepared and made available. Thank you very much for everything. Do not have any constructive comments as all were perfect keep it up. My wife and son also enjoyed the stay. Our room was cleaned as soon as we were out for breakfast. Had enough complimentary water bottles every day which didn't need to buy extra much from outside. For sure we will stay again here if the price are kept on same level or cheaper. Cheers!!!!

Perfect Staycation <3”
The staff were just lovely, and really went out of their way to make our stay a perfect one. Special shout out to Pak Aldo, who always remebered how we had our coffee and tea at breakfast, and to Pak Jojok who had the kitchen prepare a special cassava snack for my husband to have for breakfast after he mentioned that he liked it with his coffee. Just phenomenally nice people whom I hope we will meet again when we return. The hotel is exceptional, clean, and modern. The concierge and reception staff were always very friendly and offered great advice and tips that made our stay a fun one. Our room was kept impeccably clean. It was the perfect stay, can't wait for our next visit!

From the door we’ve been helped with detail in check in, there’s no waiting time at all, the staff really assisting right on our first step into the hotel. At breakfast restaurant we’ve been helped with ordering menus with long line, so we didn’t have to stand in line and the food is delivered to our table. Love this pampering so much ☺️❤️

The room is very spacious and grande. The bed and the towel is very white pluffy and clean. You can go to several tunjungan malls directly through special door. Even, we can go anywhere for getting local food within short time. Sheraton always upgrade the facilities from the last time we visited the hotel… it is really perfect relaxing time for 3 days in Surabaya

The Best Hotel in Surabaya”
Choosing Sheraton Hotel as my choice while staying in Surabaya was the right decision ever made. From the very beginning of the check in,all staffs in the reception desk welcomed us very nicely. They let us check in early as soon as the room was available even it's still around 11 am. All the staffs from the front door,bellman,and security also very polite with warm smile greeting everybody that comes in to the hotel. Breakfast was superb. They have the most complete menu that I've ever seen in all other 5 stars hotels. The people in the restaurant led by Ibu Fitri,the manager and all the staffs were also very nice to greet us every morning while offering different kind of menus ,try their specialities. All in all it was a pleasure for us to stay in Sheraton Hotel Surabaya,and for sure we will stay there again the next time we visit Surabaya.

Nothing has gone down even better”
Stayed for the umpteenth time... Nothing has gone down even better, especially the friendliness of the staff on all fronts. The breakfast is still as good as it used to be and the friendliness of the staff in the breakfast area is still amazing. We got a lot of "bonuses" such as additional children's breakfast that was not charged because it was reported that we were members... it was extraordinary... the only option to stay in our heads when visiting Surabaya.

Great rooms, the rooms are clean and the staff are really friendly and helpful. There's a business centre which opens 24 hr so it's possible to help me doing my work during the trip. It's also possible to walk straight through with indoor access to the mall, so it's easy to travel with families.
