a GREAT couples getaway”

Things I like

We loved the feeling of seclusion and the cabin itself is very cute. despite what people have said, inside we could not hear the Alpine coaster at all. The WiFi is great and we would hands down rent this cabin again. We were the only people on the street for a majority of the week. Natures Retreat was very attentive and asked us frequently if there was anything we needed. It is the very first property once you get all the way up the mountain, so you need to park in backwards. the view from the back deck is AMAZING. You’re just a few minutes from the main street that has shopping, restaurants and all the tourist things to do. it is great for a couples getaway but I don’t think anymore would be comfortable.

Things I don’t like

The drive up the hill is pretty steep. the shower is really small and the couch is not comfortable. I figured out because of the elevation, food takes a bit longer to cook.

Great location and clean cabin. This is second time staying here.

Things I don’t like

The only thing we did not like was couple of the roads need fixed. One spot on way up to cabin there was side of road had broke away and then there was a pot hole by a cabin driveway on another.

This place is amazing. The view from the back deck is fantastic and there’s a hot tub. The property was clean and well-maintained and supplied with the basics. The staff checked on us while traveling and checked on us while going home, which was above and beyond what I would’ve expected, all in all I give it a 10 hands-down

Things I don’t like

One minor thing it would’ve been nice if the plugs were updated to ones that received USB ports

the cabin was very comfy and pretty clean only a few minor issues

Things I don’t like

road had a few really bad holes and no room to dodge them. info stated a gbbque grill on back deck but there wasnt one. no hot mitts for the stove nor dish towels. shower needs a caddy to hold soap and shampoo, always slid to the floor during showers needs a new broom i swept front porch and tried sweeping the kitchen broom very stiff. would be nice to have a chair in the bedroom. only these are minor issues and didnt cause us any discomfort.

Things I like

It was an absolutely fantastic little cabin; it's very cute with a nice view and the perfect size for a couple. The location is great, just a few minutes outside of town, with everything quickly within reach. The check-in/out procedure was entirely self done, so we did not have to interact with the staff, just let ourselves in/out. However, that doesn't mean the staff wasn't wonderful; they emailed very detailed instructions on how everything at the cabin should be done and were always available should we have questions.

Things I don’t like

The very few drawbacks I have are not deal-breakers to me, but they may be to some. With the cabin being so close to the main road, there is sound pollution that may not be expected when booking. There is an alright view of some mountains from the backporch and no mountains visible at all from the front porch. There are very close neighboring cabins, but privacy is still great; they were not noticeable once inside or on the back porch.
