Best location with amazing sunset view”
I extended my stay here 3 times From the original 4 nights all the way to 10 nights. Every day when I came home in the afternoon, the room poured with golden sunlight. The view of the mountain is gorgeous Check out time is 2pm which is fantastic, and the room is cleansed every other day The shower is fantastic, he shampoo and bath soap smells amaaazing. The bath is great. A Must to enjoy . The hotel is so close to city centre you can walk there in less than 9 min. And Gojo station is only around the corner from here (1~2min stroll). You can take either Shijo or Gojo. It's also only 1 station away from Kyoto station. Super convenient. I walked to ShiJo city centre every day. To go to Kiyomizu is just 33min walk.

Western style hotel with lovely onsen and sauna ”
Modern and chic hotel on Gojo in Kyoto. It’s in between the station and most tourist sites and so it’s fairly convenient. The onsen and sauna are very lovely - but note that they don’t have a woman bathhouse and a man bathhouse. They switch in between so that women get to use the onsen / man use sauna one day and women use sauna /men use onsen another day. The breakfast is lovely. Their ice cream severed at breakfast is one of the best tasting ice cream I have tasted in Japan!

Modern hotel near subway”
Pros - Good location near subway Gojo - I do love check-in and check-out policy (in 5pm and out 2pm). It's very practical for traveler. - There is FREE luggage storage room. So cool! - Face recognition system. No more keycard. - Worth for money. - Some restaurant around here such as CoCo Ichibanya and Yoshinoya. Cons - Less breakfast menu and there is no Japanese style. - There is 1 onsen and 1 sauna which will switch for male and female. So you cannot enjoy the onsen everyday.

Spacious, Convenient Location, Stylish”
I stayed at a twin room, and for a solo traveler, it was spacious. It could probably fit a family of 4 or 2 couples. It was not your typical Japanese business hotel. It was stylish and clean-looking, probably because it was relatively new. I had enough room for my bags, enough room to pace around the room, a comfortable bed to relax in, and a nice city view from my window. The toilet/shower area was spacious enough, no bathtub though. What I liked the best (and my reason for choosing this place) was that it seemed walking distance to everywhere I needed to go. And it was. I liked walking around when I travel, and it was ~5min walk to the nearest Gojo/五条 station on the Karasuma line, ~15min walk to Kyoto station, ~20-30min walk to either Gion district or Kiyomizudera areas. The staff were accomodating and friendly. I tried to practice my Japanese, but you won't have a problem even if you don't, because they can speak English well. There's a nice open-air cafe/bar at the ground floor for resting in between or after sightseeing.

The hotel offers many nice possibilities like late breakfast, late check out, steam sauna, bath and even bike rental. The staff is extremely nice and helpful. The food is nice and light, more modern kitchen style. The prices are all very reasonable. I would definitely stay here again.

It is a modern designed hotel. Good location as it is just 5 mins walking distance from Gojo station exit 2. Throughout our trip in Japan, this is by far the best hotel that we stayed. Highly recommended.

The Sauna”
Both of their mist sauna and bath are fantastic. The lighting is kept minimal and they play a calming ambient music. It's like zen + relaxation. I hope I could use only their mist sauna too but its doesn't change my opinion they're a really good hotel.

The location of the hotel is good, 5-10 minutes walk from two subway stations; remind everyone to pay attention to the exits of the subway stations. We just arrived and didn't know that some exits did not have elevators. We climbed a quite few flights of stairs with our suitcases! The hotel is simple and comfortable. The shower in the bathroom is very comfortable. There are not many varieties of breakfast, but it is exquisite and delicious. However, we have stayed for 7 days without any change, which is a bit monotonous.
