An overnight stay with family and the wonderful dinner and breakfast buffet”
This is out fifth or sixth time to stay at Seda Vertis North and that is because our family enjoys its many amenities and its convenient accessibility for senior citizens and toddlers alike with a premium on health and safety. We stayed on a weekend and we took some time checking in as the lobby was full of fellow excursionists and international travelers, but despite that, the staff were on duty were proactively gathering our luggage and smartly ushering us where to line up, or sit, or what have you which made us feel very accommodated. The lobby was also rid of the quarantine barriers and replaced with the many sofas and seats for guests to lounge in, public iMac terminals so people could book, extend, and/or check whatever they needed to check online and alcohol and sanitation fluid at the ready always. The rooms were very clean and tidy, with the sheets crisp, pillows fluffly, and the comforter cozy. We had tried the buffet for the first time this stay as the proximity of Ayala Vertis North had always prompted us to eat out instead. We were very satisfied to have been able to try their Mexican night and they served excellent Mexican dishes from quesadillas to carnitas which were very good and authentic. The carving station had delectable bbq spare ribs and scrumptuous roast beef that we had seconds, thirds, and sometimes fourths. The service was excellent with the staff very helpful and proactive. Breakfast was also good, except for the bacon that was labeled "crispy" when it wasn't. That is probably the only thing I can say that isn't praise, and that there isn't any yogurt in small packs served. The pool and playground was enjoyed by the kids and it was fun seeing them exhilarated by physically playing outside and not glued to a screen. The outdoor facilities were well-maintained and looked fresh even after years of being open. Very cordial staff”
We stayed during NYE Bec of its location to a nearby mall and view of quezon memorial circle that we hoped would have fireworks. We found parking at basement 3, checked in after a short waiting period. The front desk staff were very cordial. I asked for connecting or adjacent rooms and bed types and was either pleasantly accommodated or sufficiently explained but not accommodated. Nevertheless, we found the rooms to be spacious, clean, cold AC, and having complete amenities. The one thing that let us down was the lack of hot water during our bathing time. Our room was in 4th floor and pressure was good enough yet, hot water wasn't enough. Breakfast buffet was great and service staff were most accommodating and friendly the whole time. Checkout was easy as well since we left a bit earlier to avoid the crowd. Overall, our stay was pleasant and enjoyable.

I had a wonderful experience with my mom at the Seda Vertis North. The room was clean, very comfortable, and the staff were amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. Front desk staff is extremely efficient, pleasant and helpful. Our breakfast was very scrumptious too! Everything was just so good! I’m hoping for more options to choose from in the future. I would like to thank John from F&B for the exceptional and friendly service. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the city! I think the downside when we stayed there was their air conditioning at the lobby and our room since there were times that I was sweating under the sheets lol. Also, there’s an ongoing construction just at the other side of the hotel so the view at our room and the view at the pool area is not that great because of that. I would suggest to request a room on the other side without the construction going on. Despite those I mentioned, the overall experience was top notch! Thank you, Seda!

We had a very comfortable stay for a night just to attend to my friends wedding. Staff is always friendly. The breakfast was better located on misto but now that i think they are doing a bit of construction we had breakfast om the 2nd floor. It was good but a little packed during the time we arrived for breakfast had to wait a little bit from food refilling and coffee. Otherwise, overall stay was good. Check in was very smooth and check out also.

Great Value For Money”
We stayed at Seda Vertis North on two separate occasions for two nights each. The standard room was spacious and clean, and we loved the location of being across a shopping mall (Vertis North) and near the more enormous malls of SM North and Trinoma. The staff was friendly, and they tried to please the customers. This is now my go-to hotel whenever we are in Quezon City. Not to nitpick, but there were minor things that we didn't like. (1) The quality of the toilet paper, it is not soft on the skin, (2) The placement of the silent smoke detector just right outside the bathroom door that if you take a hot shower and leave the door slightly open, the steam from the shower will cause the alarm to trip. The security personnel carrying a fire extinguisher knocked on our door because we tripped the silent alarm on two separate instances. (3) The quality of food at the Straight Up bar, for the amount you pay for the food, I would expect better quality and taste; I guess you are paying more for the ambiance than the food itself. Because of this, we didn't try their buffet breakfast if the bar food was any indication of the quality.

Awesome Hotel”
Everytime we go back to Manila, we stay in this hotel. The location is perfect. It is across multiple malls, the security is perfect. I am a runner and I normally wake up early to run. I just run around the Vertis Mall and security is really tight, nobody bothers me. The breakfast is also good. They have a shuttle that can do airport transfers and they know the best time to go to the airport so you will not be late for your flight.

They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 10 am as we got to the hotel very early, and the front desk staff knows that we have a 20hr long flight. The rooms were big, clean, and very comfortable, the washroom is also big with free amenities. The hotel is also near the Malls with lots of restaurants to choose from. The front desk staff are helpful and efficient, need to smile more often though. The Misto Restaurant at the hotel has a lot of food to choose from, we indulged in Filipino foods as we missed those fried fish, of course. We got complimentary dishes from the chef as well. Kudos to Senior Associate H&B of Misto Hotel, Kate for excellent service. Overall, we had an excellent stay and I definitely would recommend this hotel to my colleagues.

Seda Vertis North we booked a few months ahead because we usually have our Christmas in the area. Our check-in was easy despite the long line. The staff was friendly. The room was clean. Aircon took time to get cold, we noticed that it wasn't getting any colder so we had to call maintenance at 3 am in the morning the response was fast. The hotel's location was great because it had 3 big adjacent malls. Check out was also easy. I highly recommend this hotel. Thank you

Worth the Money”
We celebrated our 3rd Wedding Anniversary here. We had dinner date in Straight Up Bar and the food was worth the price, also the overlooking ambiance is nice. All of their staffs are very approachable. We also had Buffet Breakfast in Misto and we had a great experience. Their foods are delicious they have variety of pastries, viants, soups, vegetables, cereals and fresh fruits. Their staffs there are very attentive. They will assist you once you arrived there. You don't need to ask them to refill your water. They will fill it once they noticed it was empty. The ambiance is also Good and cozy. The only concern I will mentioned is the aircondition in our Room. It was not so cold. Though the maintenance check it but it was still not so cold that we are expecting. They should improve their aircondition. But our Overall experience was good and definitely we will booked again in this Hotel.

Stayed for our anniversary. We wanted to try a business hotel that has all the simple amenities yet not so crowded & accessible to nearby malls. Service & cleanliness was top-notch. The rooftop bar was cozy & had a great city view. We had a relaxing staycation & yet got to do some work done without any distractions.

The facilities are great, I love the lobby, it’s cleanliness and design. The room is very good, it smells so clean, I appreciate the city and mountain view, although the air conditioning is quite noisy. The hotel staff are great and very accommodating, especially Mr. Michael at the 10th floor. The hotel food is ok but the service is exceptional. Great Stay at a Club Room”
It's off peak season so there is less crowd in the hotel. The club lounge was splendid and private. The afternoon and evening cocktail were visually pleasing and delicious. The chef goes around for small talk and to introduce the food. She recommends dips and sauces best for the dish. Open bar has red and white wine, beer, hard drinks like JD and Black Label. Sad that they do not mix cocktails that female guests prefer. Ironic that it's called evening cocktail and yet cocktail drinks are not served. Dress code was observed (business or smart casual). Pool is by reservation and per hour use. Room is cozy and spacious. Advantage of hotel is its proximity to 3 malls: Ayala Vertis North, Trinoma, and SM North. Fun to go on a last full show at Vertis North Cinema since hotel is just few stones away. Grab Delivery Food is also an option if one does not wish to dine out. Staff are accommodating and efficient. Only thing that needs improvement for me is Misto breakfast. It was underwhelming. I found it a bit untidy and the food just passable. Staff there were like hurrying you up to finish and leave. For our last day, we opted to have breakfast at the club lounge. Choices may be fewer there but at least it's exclusive to fewer clients and it's tidier there. Overall Seda Vertis North is a great choice for staycation within the Metro.

Pleasant stay at Seda Vertis North”
My daughter and i spent her birthday at Seda Vertis North for 2 days. The room was clean, food was delicious and the staff was so courteous and accomodating. We also had access to the Club Lounge which we enjoyed. We had a pleasant and memorable stay. The warm reception of all the Seda staff more than compensated for a few lapses. We booked a Deluxe room to celebrate my mom's birthday. She was extremely happy when she received a birthday cake from Seda. I coordinated with the room service regarding my flower bouquet delivery to be placed inside our room. The room is huge and perfect for 2 adults and 1 baby. Everything is clean and sanitized. I've got no complaints about the interior designs. My only concern in our room is our bathroom. After we had our shower, the bubbles/foam suddenly went under the sink. I think there is a damage/hole in our tiles. I took a photo and showed it to the housekeeping but instead of checking our bathroom and cleaning it, he gave me a floor towel so I could use it to dry out the floor. I need to dry it immediately because we have a baby and she might slip on the wet floor. The grandeur experience would be perfect if the housekeeping checked and cleaned it. I'd say Seda offers the most variety of breakfast buffets. I've been to different countries and 5-star hotels but normally they will just offer a fruit station, bread station, live station for eggs, and probably around 4-5 dishes. But with Seda, aside from those mentioned, they also offer congee station, they have around 8 dishes, they have typical Pinoy breakfast viands like danggit, tocino, longganisa, tapa aside from the 8 hot dishes. I suggest if the management will assign a server/assistant to the "egg live station". I noticed that there are plenty of servers in the dining who just keeps on walking around. The chef on the "egg live station" takes the orders of all guests, cooked them, and refills all the condiments/ingredients for the live station (well those are just my 2 cents since I also worked in a VIP Lounge in Singapore). Lastly, when we tried the pool area after having breakfast, there are lots of kids enjoying the pool. Unfortunately, my baby can't stand playing with other kids because the water is extremely cold. So after 5 minutes, we decided to stay in the room. Lesson learned I will just

Helpful staff but slightly problematic errors in the hotel itself”
The staff was very kind and helpful. I dropped off at an earlier time to leave my baggage but they offered an early check in with no fees, which was really helpful. The room was overall nice and clean. Though I did notice in the bathroom that there were some gaps/holes by the bathroom’s shower handles. It works fine though. During my stay, I went to the pool. As I got back from my room, both my keycards did not work after several tries. Thankfully, there was a housecleaning staff who passed by me and helped me get in. I can only imagine how difficult it would have been if the staff was not passing by my room as I may have had to go down to the lobby in my swimwear and I would have been freezing cold from getting back from the pool. I also overheard that other rooms faced a similar situation. Lastly, my check out was fast and smooth. I just had to return my keycards as my payment was already settled in Agoda.
