Awesome stay”
Our booking was only from Friday to Saturday, but we enjoyed it so much we booked for an additional day. Highlights, the staff are responsive and friendly. Rooms are cleaned everyday. Breakfast options are different daily so it doesn't get repetitive, except for certain staples. One thing to note, is that staff at their restaurant / bar from the top floor are easily overwhelmed. They gave us the wrong order (which we returned), and it took a good 20-30mins before we were served. We just watched their DJ and sports channel showing on the TV. But, overall still an awesome stay.

Had an amazing week's stay at Seda Residences Makati. Our studio deluxe room was very well-presented. Buffet breakfast was de-li-cious. Gym was regularly cleaned and had all the equipment for a great workout while on travel. Sunset best enjoyed with a drink on the rooftop lounge. What sets Seda apart from most hotels is the service. All the staff members are very kind and took care of their guests. On our checkout, I forgot an item in our room, and Seda staff looked for it and managed to get a Grab driver to express-deliver it to NAIA terminal 3. I look forward to my next trip to Manila, to stay with Seda!

New Years Eve ”
We had a very good stay here on Ny eve. I'm surprised how big our room was! Love the arrangement too. 😍 Spacious and super clean. I love that they have all that we need for a kitchen, from utensils to pans to can openers and strainers for the spaghetti. 😍 Value for money coz you can choose to bring your own food. Great for having parties or celebrations. My only comment is that we can hear the sound from the other room from our bedroom. 🙈 Anyway the pool is great, its big. Nice view from the pool area too. Thank you, Seda! We might come back this year. 😊

Excellent Hotel at Heart of Ayala”
For those with a medical reason - Makati Medical Hospital is 50 meters away, this location is awesome. Ayala Avenue and the business core is on the doorstep. It's quite new and modern in its facilities. The staff at check in were absolutely the best in courteousness and welcome. The only discomfort was the building right out side the 23rd floor room I had and the lack of privacy with open drapes. Breakfast was excellent and substantive with a terrific view on the 35th floor.

First of all, shoutout to Daryl, our most charming bellman for helping us transport ALL our bags with three rowdy children and with so many back and forth. Hope this guy gets the commendation he DESERVES. Place is wonderful. The rooms are super tidy. You also get a full set of kitchen equipment, so you can definitely cook your own food. Breakfast buffet is hearty. Pool is also clean. Would love to visit you guys again!

Unbelievable! ”
Room was luxurious, exceptional view of Makati and rest of the city with a huge bed and TV. Great facilities - kitchen area, tea and coffee making facilities and a pool where they offer towels. We stayed as a couple and was extremely impressed by the service of our check in girl Jermaine - she was very efficient and friendly (like all other staff we encountered). The breakfast was our highlight with unbelievable views from the top floor. Thank you to all of the staff who made our visit one to remember - Earl and JoJo.

Patient front desk staff ”
Witnessed how rude other guests are to the front desk people (due to holiday queues, parking issues) but the staff st check in counter were so patient and have great self control. They managed to stay courteous even under pressure. Love their attitude! Also, the guards are so helpful and polite. Love the pool! Our room had an amazing view of the city and super clean and complete! Overall, great experience. Fast elevators too

I found that my Seda stays are reliable. I know that the rooms are big enough, the bathrooms are big clean and not smelly. The bed and linen are comfortable. Location is excellent . Staff is friendly and competent. We actually asked for membership.

Great workation hotel”
As a solo business owner i find it harder and harder to just leave work behind, but it's not possible to just keep working, so lately whenever possible, we've been trying to "workation". Seda for me is an excellent service apartment for this. I was able to use the different areas of the hotel to work quietly with my laptop. The staff are very helpful and cooperative. The breakfast is excellent. I'm a vegetarian so the boil fresh veg they provided, plus salads and fruits are very helpful. The room is spacious and super cold. There is no way to bring up the temperature so we found it necessary to constantly turn off the room AC. The small kitchen setup with utensils helped me heat my vegetarian baon. And of course the location with a quiet mall next to it is great. The hotel is beside Ayala Avenue but there's not a sound of ayala coming through the windows. It's sealed shut. Seda Residences is highly recommended, now i actually look forward to a workation experience in their QC residence as well as their nuvali hotel.

This truly feels like home in heaven! Full of light and a very spacious Corner spot (thanks to Erica), very comfortable, modern amenities and a Full Breakfast buffet with varied selections. The staff are courteous, polite and very helpful.

Exceptional”
Travelling a lot and staying in different hotels and accommodations, I am pleased i chose to stay here. It is not near the mall, but its in the financial district of makati, There is starbucks, salad place, other restaurants, massage, salon, etc. in the same building . And bec of this you have a choice to eat, have massage, have coffee, etc instead of having to pay the hotel rates for these services. For the amount of money i paid, i believe its like staying in 5 star hotels. The staff are professional, courteous and efficient. I cant find any fault with cleanliness, they were good! Its well thought of, the amenities (didnt use them, but saw it) , the quality of the construction materials and choice of furnishings as well. Usually, with these two criteria, many fail. I will definitely come to this place again.

Best of all worlds. ”
I stayed here for fourteen days in September, October of 2022. The staff were wonderful, the room was quiet, comfy and had all the comforts to be expected of a modern, fully equipped hotel. The breakfasts were especially delicious and filling. I would strongly recommend this hotel to anybody looking for a modern, well equipped hotel at the lowest prices around. The only issue I experienced was trying to wash my clothes. There were issues with the way the tokens were managed which while a little bit of an inconvenience, did not detract from a wonderful stay.

Apartment Hotel”
Staying in a one bedroom apartment style accomodation is so comfortable and convenient at a very reasonable price. Equipped with a small kitchen, fridge and a washer and dryer. Several restaurants also are beside the hotel and manageable location to walk to glorietta,landmark and weekend market in Salcedo. Definitely we will consider staying here again for our future visit to Philippines!

Location is good for business travellers”
I had a business at RCBC Plaza so this was an awesome location to stay. Just toom us a bit of a while to find the entrance though. Maybe make your logo bigger. The room is awesome and staff are kind and corteous. The plastic water dispenser in the room though aint too fancy. Haha!

Convenient and memorable stay”
I spent my birthday on this hotel with my small family. We really enjoyed our stay. Especially the amenities, like the buffet area is on the top floorl. They also have a play area/room for kids and toddlers. Food in their resto is great for it's price and the view is spectacular. The room is a bit old but reasonable.

Me and my wife enjoyed our staycation for 3 days. The hotel was so nice, the living room, bedroom, are bigger than we expected. Especially the bathroom. We were amazed by the city view from the bathroom. The bed was comfortable. The staff assisted us from check in to check out and they made sure our luggage was secured.
