📌Terms & Conditions of Your Stay : CHECK IN TIME : 2PM ONWARDS CHECK OUT TIME: 11AM(strictly) Security Deposit: P500 Upon Check In✔️ Refundable upon checking Out✔️ 👉extension of hours is applicable depending on the availability with extra charge of 250/hr.(notify your host ahead of time) 👉 early check in is allowed but depends on the availability of the unit (like if ever po maaga po makapag check out ang guests na susundan nyo po at mas maaga matapos ang cleaning at sanitation ng unit. However extra fee will top up po @minimal rate of 250/hr) 👉Once reservation has been confirmed, any additional heads will be charged, but if the number of pax has been lessend as per policy guests will pay for the head count that has been confirmed upon reservation. STRICTLY NO CANCELLATION /REBOOKING. Cancellation of booking will incur FULL PAYMENT CHARGE ❣️We do not refund reservation fee 📌HOUSE RULES: ❣️Please turn off lights when not in use. ❣️Please check faucets, toilet bowl leaks before going to bed. Please Help us conserve water. ❣️For guests with small children, no spilling, peeing, staining on the mattresses, beddings, pillows. Penalty applies. ❣️Strictly no throwing of any garbages or liquids at the window ❣️Request for extra mattress, blankets, pillows, towels have extra fees. ❣️Only registered guests are allowed inside the unit, regular charges apply if you have visitors staying with you. ❣️Please do not throw away used oil in the sink to avoid clogging and unpleasant odours, ❣️Lost of keys will be charge 250php ❣️Please Turn off the Aircon on the living room before going to sleep ‼️IMPORTANT REMINDERS: ❌NO SMOKING SPECIALLY INSIDE THE UNIT ❌ PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED 🚗STREET PARKING FREE ‼️“PLEASE SECURE YOUR BELONGINGS SPECIALLY WHEN INSIDE THE UNIT OR PREMISES” THE MANAGEMENT AND ITS EMPLOYEES SHALL NOT LIABLE FOR ANY STOLEN, LOSS OR DAMAGED BAGGAGES OR PERSONAL BELONGINGS.
