No staff was around when we check-in, the one who gave us the key is the security guard who has no idea on whats going on. The property is beautiful but unfortunately during the stay, we got a room that was too close to the entrance, the bathroom smells like chicken poo, Wifi is not on, and this big water tank was next to the room with the sound of this water pump that's so loud that it wakes you up. Perfect to ruin the stay <3 thank you Sawah Joglo.

Great Place for Pet Lovers”
This is my second booking at Sawah Joglo. Normally, I would pick another villa to explore more experience. But Sawah Joglo had offer the most facility other than similar place : PET ALLOWED policy!! So we did great time enjoying our vacation with the whole family, 3 dogs and turtle with very nice scenery and comfortable facilities. This is a great place for pet lovers to enjoyed vacation together with your pets

Tv gangguan, kulkas mati, air panas tdk baik, staf tdk ada responsif bakan sering tdk ada, susah dihubungi, tdk ada tlp di kamar. Pemandangan tdk sesuai di foto. Yg buat senang anak hanya kolam renang nya. Waktu sy menginap bareng rombongan yang sangat ramai di ruang santai hingga 2 pagi dan itu tdk ada staf yg mengingatkan akhirnya suami yg keluar.

Villa ini emang cocok untuk menenangkan diri, privasi sangat baik dan juga fasilitas tergolong mumpuni, tapi emang kurang perawatan aja. Tampaknya pandemi menampar hotel ini. Perlu sedikit sentuhan managemen yg perduli karena potensi villa ini sungguh luar biasa. no breakfast no resto itu sungguh menyulitkan

View ciamik, fasilitas so so, kru ramah. Tapi saya sempat kecewa, karena ketika check in baru diberi tahu bahwa malam kedua, saya harus pindah kamar ke gedung lain. Saya booking untuk 2 malam, hari terakhir jatuh di akhir pekan. Untuk informasi, tempat ini untuk pemilihan kamar, ada yg di bawah (vibes nya bali banget, tradisional) dan ada yg di gedung lain (lantai atas). Kedua tempat ini view ke gunung merapi sama-sama bagus. Hanya saja, untuk yg di lantai atas, lebih modern.
