While the property/rooms were great and it was brilliantly positioned close to everything, the real treat of this property was the staff and, in particular, Sokaina. SHe/they couldn’t do enough for you. From start to finish,Sokaina’s attentiveness and her colleague charm made our trip.It’s the best customer service I’ve ever received. Sokaina - If you’re reading this, thanks. You are a credit to your business. Giving this place a 10 was the only score I could give.

Generally a very nice stay, the facilities are great at this hotel. Especially loved the fact that the hotel is attached to Menara Mall, so if you need anything urgently you can just pop in there. One thing that was really annoying, is that the wifi in the room was really weak. Also, it was EXTREMELY loud! Our room was at the end of the corridor, so we heard a lot of the workers/guests going in and out of the exit door next to our room, and talking really loudly. This woke us up in the mornings on various occasions, so really disappointing. If I were to stay again, I’d definitely ask for a quieter room.

Terrible Customer Service”
Breakfast was an absolute nightmare. There was no where to sit Staff were not cleaning the tables and too busy talking to deal with customers. There was not enough tables for the residents and people who got up to go to the buffet on return would find their tables filled as other guest just sat there. The only helpful person was the Assistant Manager who was trying her best The Manager was trying his hardest too. On the whole the staff even at reception were not helpful I would never recommend this hotel. I have stayed in other Savoys including the one in London and this was just a 3 star experience

Overpriced for a three star hotel claiming to be a five star hotel”
We stayed in the Savoy for 3 nights and although it wasn’t all terrible I would not recommend it. The reception and pool are look nice and up to standard but the hotel is opportunistic with their prices that are a little too steep (€5 euro for a coke where you pay €2 at most if you go anywhere else in the neighborhood or city). The rooms are dated and although they are maintained the cleaning crew could do a much better job. Also airconditioning wasn’t working properly and neighboring clubs and lounges can be heard until 05am if you are on the wrong side of the hotel which we where. Locations isn’t great, menara mall and park are close but you will need a 30-40 min walk or cab to get to other places. On leaving we where charged about €18 euro for taxes that where clearly included in the booking but we couldn’t get our credit card deposit released until we paid. All in all this is a big sized 3 star hotel that in its glory days maybe would have been a 4 or 5 star hotel.

Very disappointing trip”
We had 2 serious incident at the hotel: 1) the security at the main entrance stopped us and denied us taking water inside the hotel for our baby milk, 12 bottles of 200 ml, he said gainers the policy, where he allowed a Moroccan customer walking in front of us with a 5 liter water container!! Double standards!! And up on enquiry of the security in charge, the same security man accused me of lying!! The incident happened in front of all my family. 2) the hotel staff failed in putting all our luggage in the car, hence, 3 bags left behind, it was discovered the mistake up on our arrival at Casablanca airport to check in. My son had to cancel his trip and drive back to Marrakesh to retrieve the bags!! This incident caused us lots of inconvenience as the baby milk and dippers inside one of those bags, unfortunately there was no baby milk to purchase at the duty free, on top of that, cost of car rental, flight change cost, and cost of fuel. The distance between Casablanca & Marrakesh approximately 500 kms, back and forth. I feel the hotel must compensate us for such a terrible mistakes.
