    “The quality is good.”

The accommodation recommended by a friend is peaceful and comfortable, with good staff service. There is a private bath with a view of Lake Biwa and the sunrise. The room is spacious and comfortable, but the semi-outdoor shower is inconvenient, especially since it's very cold in December. The shower area is right next to the private bath, with no window, only a curtain. Additionally, it's inconvenient to walk to the nearest train station, but fortunately, there is a shuttle bus for free pick-up and drop-off at any time without the need for a reservation, taking 5 minutes to get to the station. There are no supermarkets nearby; the closest one is about a 20-minute walk, while the station has two convenience stores. The accommodation offers a rich breakfast and dinner, particularly dinner, which includes Omi beef and sashimi. Overall, the living environment is good, but the amenities in the surrounding area are not very convenient.

    “Wonderful Room and Food”

Honestly wish we had booked an extra night. In the-room onsen was to die for, and the view was pretty good! Only real downside is you need to know a little Japanese, but if you can order in a restraunt you'll be okay. The meals were also excellent. Everything was very private and clean. Highly recommend!

    “Exceptional”

I have never had such an exceptional experience with this type of accommodations. We booked a room with private bathtub and halal meals, and it's important to inform them in advance before your arrival to ensure your dietary needs are met. The food was incredible—served in small portions but in multiple courses, leaving my husband and me in a delightful food coma. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive, making us feel very welcome and well-cared for throughout our stay. Everything about this place was enjoyable, from the serene ambiance to the impeccable service. I absolutely will come here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a unique and memorable stay.

“It was the highlight of this trip to Osaka.”

I was embarrassed because I couldn't find my passport, but a Korean staff member was very kind and helped me find it. From the moment I got off the pickup bus, they carried my suitcase for me, greeted me with a smile, and explained everything very well. It's the best place! The outdoor hot spring with a view of the lake was amazing, and the outdoor hot spring in the large bathing area was spectacular at night when you could see the stars. The meals were also plentiful and the courses were satisfying! I highly recommend it... I saved up a lot of money to pay for this place, and I have no regrets; in fact, I think it could even be more expensive.
