Sante Fe-COVID clean and great customer service!”
Decided to risk CIVID and travel in the short window we have before another lockdown. Came to home to Vegas to visit my sister & bestie and decided to treat myself and also isolate and found a great deal for the Sante Fe. Temperatures before entry for everyone, free masks, continual disinfecting, and social distancing throughout. They are taking COVID seriously. My room had been sanitized and sealed when I arrived. I have never been in a hotel room as clean. Great compliance. My initial check in and room was not to my liking and was told there was nothing that could be done about it. After to listening to my issues the next morning, the Manager on Duty, first listened to my issue and then went over and above to accommodate my completely reasonable request and made me a priority. As an African American in these times, it shows that people are listening and it feels good to be heard. Thank you, Sante Fe Station

Need to review how adjoining rooms are handled. I called 2x before arrival to get adjoining rooms...when we got there...none available. 1st come 1st serve. We really needed it... Also...rooms aren't cleaned up everyday. After my daughter's room hadn't been touched in 4 days...called to complain. Otherwise they were very accomidating.

Elevator was shabby, stopper in tub didn’t work, among other things. It’s an old hotel and they’ve done only the remolding that has been necessary.

The rooms looks much better in the picture. The room was dull and smelled of moth balls. I requested a handicap room and the shower was too small for me to shower in. I will not return to the Santa Fe.

Sant Fe Station”
The Santa Fe Station is a smaller community casino. It is clean and well kept. It is not crowded. It is easy to drive to and is out of the crowd of traffic that is seen on the strip. The food courts and restaurants are attractive and serve good food. The movie theater adds to the convenience of the stay. There is also a bowling alley. There is a place for children to play. The hotel staff are unobtrusive but are always there and willing to take care of any need. The security staff were available if a need arose.

Santa Fe has been in the area for quite sometimes, the hotel interior was pretty worn out, the hotel room even though we chose for non-smoking room but you still smell the linger of heavy tobacco smell, a reminiscence left by previous customer that built for years. Regret this decision because we came with our 5 months old baby. The room is standard old hotel clean, not a big fan of the toilet because everything start to fall apart from the tiles to the sink. For next trip to Las Vegas we might choose somewhere near the strip or newer hotel.

Long walks and outrageous fees”
First off, prepare your self for a long and torturous walk, both from garage as well as to your room, unless you are fortunate to get one close to the elevators. I counted almost 400 steps to my room from the elevator. Then prepare to pay $15 "amenity fee" for little to nothing. Low room price is bolstered by this hidden fee. There are plenty of inexpensive and better hotels in Las VEgas off-strip. Avoid Stations.

A bit thread bare but clean. This hotel has seen better days, i.e. a lampshade was torn, there were spots on the carpet, the furniture was scuffed, etc. The positive side was that the location was near my North Las Vegas clients, the parking was free, and the staff was really friendly and accomodating.

Stay at Santa Fe”
The Sante Fe has been renovated and has a pleasant welcoming feel. Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. It is not a hotel to stay at if you are looking for a fancier place. It is great for the gamblers. We did very well and liked the machine selection. All of the staff were friendly and helpful.

Location was great close to everything and walking distance from gas station and food. However the staff are awful. They are the kind of staff that will call the police on you for smoking weed in your room despite it being legal to use I'm Nevada huge turn off for us and left us with no choice but to not go back

plenty of activities for kids and adults. bowling, arcades, theater movies, pool(small but still does the job for cooling down in the heat). also has a dressing area for changing clothes when done swimming and restrooms. does give a small newpaper on door in morning for reading about the area. parking is covered and elevator is near registration.

Wonderful stay and great staff. Maid was exceptionally helpful and very friendly. We found it a little too smokey at times even though we were on the 5th floor but that was expected.
