Overall, we enjoyed our stay. GREAT price and location and the overall cleanliness was good.”

Things I like
Location was great, cleanliness was overall good. Well laid out floorplan. People I dealt with were super responsive. Ground floor unit which was great for my 80+ yr old parents. Price was fantastic.
Things I don’t like
Room had some bugs, but not too bad. Microwave was out, had to use a tiny countertop one. Needs newer and more cookware. We cooked several meals and needed more and better pots/pans/skillets/plates/glasses etc. Door code was an issue. Worked on 1st try a few times, but most of the time it took several attempts to get back in room. I thought it was just me not working it correctly, but several others in the complex had the same issue. I had to open the door for a couple of people who were having issues getting in their rooms.

I enjoyed the cleanness of the place, the great customer service and how efficient they solved the problem we had with the TV. I loved the quietness of the condo. I wish I could have stayed there. It was a wonderful experience that I look forward to the next time.

Things I like
The condo was very spacious, clean and comfortable. It was nicely stocked. Bonus was the outdoor and indoor pools. The location to everything in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg was fantastic.
Things I don’t like
While we were not asked to show them, wrist bands were needed for the pool according to the sign and we did not know where to find them. This is a VERY minor negative, the positives far outweigh it!

The beds were very comfortable, but, even better, the privacy was amazing. It was quiet, but minutes away from the strip.
Things I don’t like
I would like to have seen more in the kitchen: coffee supplies, spices, etc.
