"Booking via Agoda was easy and the room is small but clean with provided with free water bottle, shower towel, liquid soap & shampoo. Unfortunately, there are a few items w/c I'm not fond of. For starters, the mode of payment doesn't accept online card payments here in Agoda, instead, you have to pay directly to their place. Second, they require a Php 1,000 security deposit upon check-in, w/c aren't stipulated prior booking. Third, although this place is just 5 mins away from UST/School & other food establishments, their location pin in Agoda App isn't entirely accurate. Fourth, although the manager is very nice & accommodating, the staff are not all that friendly nor compassionate to its customers. One staff told us about strict check-in policies and made my guest wait for 7 hours, only to find out that they can do early check-ins with per hour rate, which have been suggested in the first place. Fifth, there are no elevators (yet!) due to ongoing renovation."

"I booked the 2-bedroom for 2 nights with my family. It was very spacious. My two-year old son was running around the room. First room has 2 beds while the 2nd room has 2 double deck beds. It has dining utensils, microwave, ref, kettle but gas range for cooking. The place served as like a dormitory as there were a lot of students renting the place. There was no breakfast included when you book a room. There were limited restos nearby but there are eateries or carinderia which is inexpensive. The location was quiet and is within Malacanang vicinity so you know the place is very secured. "

"Enjoyed our stay here! We actually only stayed here for ~12hrs after our flight to Manila while waiting for our overnight bus to Banaue. I noticed they had bad reviews before we booked but we did not experience any of those things and would highly recommend. Good location: right by the bus terminal and close to other small (non-touristy) restaurants, 7/11, + laundry. Was a 10min walk to the university area where there are Mcdonalds, Subway, etc. Could use GRAB for further distances. Our room was small but clean and exactly what we needed with TV, good AC, and warm shower. No cockroaches like the other reviews said (there were cockroaches in almost all the hostels we stayed at in the Philippines though... sort of have to get over it!) Bed was comfy and we were able to sleep during the day. Staff is SUPER friendly. We arrived earlier than our checkin time- they let us store our bags and gave us directions to nearby restaurants and the laundromat. Even gave us 2 free beers later on to enjoy 🙂 We sort of wished we would have been able to stay longer! Definitely recommend "

"The signage is small but if you see a floral painted building thats it. There should be signage , going up to their main reception and the signage. Also, they should not allow traffic/police officer to use their main entrance on the ground floor as a office. Not EVERY tenants are happy seeing police especially when its inside the building premises already. I know its hot outside and I'm trying to be considerate. So far my experience was indeed great. And they offer free tower. :D. For the price of 144PHP. Free tower is a good deal. I hope they will have shower heaters in the near future . LOLS"
