Was planning to stay just one night, and wasn’t expecting much, due to the price, but I was amazed; so amazed that I booked an extra night! Rooms might be a little dated, but very comfortable. Opt for a view of the city of possible. Breakfast is buffet; mainly Indonesian, but some European style croissants etc; cost 55k if not already included with your room. Similar style lunch, 49k at the time of writing. If I stay in Surabaya again, this will be the first place that I consider.

Staff were nice. Breakfast was not bad. The room needs urgent uodated. Couldn't sleep well as our room was facing the railway lines and there was station announcer and level crossing alarm throughout the night. Good for if you need to catch your train from next door train station

Excellent location but ...”

+ The location was ideal if train is the mode of transportation as it was very close to the Gubeng Train Station. +The room was clean and the air conditioner & Internet work beautifully. - the shower room cum toilet was separated merely by a shower curtain and the entire floor was wet whenever I took a shower. A shower screen will be a better option give the price of the room.

Good location & friendly staff”

Only 5 minutes to Gubeng Train Station, near shopping mall also, friendly staff and very helpfully, unfortunately the room was dusty
