The Hotel was a great Hotel on the 1980. just need some upgrade renovation to uplift. The Staff and Room Service very satisfied also room is very clean. Keep up the good work

Value for money, but needs some TLC”
We stayed in an executive room and only paid less than 400k IDR. The room was big and clean, but some things were broken. One of the bedside tables was dead, the doorknob needed fixing, the light switches were not wired properly. AC was working fine though, and that's very important. Not the best maintained hotel but would stay there again for the value.

It was old 5 star hotel. Furniture is old, but the floor is okay. Very noisy air conditioner, and the room smells not fresh, i dont like. Hot water is actually only warm, not hot. Huge parking lot, and location is near the city.

Hotel is loads with Sahid brand and five stars hotel. However its just too old and no reinvestment to renew and keep the same quality. Pros; Good location in the center of city, a lot of parking space, room is big. Cons; old lousy and feel dirty, cleanliness feel is a bit far of the expectation, bathroom equipments need really to be maintained, less covid-19 protocol in place (hard to find hand sanitizer, no toothpick to operate the elevator, etc.)
