Hidden gem in Sanur”
Loved the S'Cape condotel as were looking for value for money self-catering accomodation in Sanur. Will be returning in the future, as feels like a home away from home. If you don't want to eat out all the time (although there are plenty of great local restaurants), is close enough to get in your supplies from Hardy's supermarket, or the local Sanur markets. Loved the direct access onto pool from downstairs living area. Only drawback would be lack of separate shower, but this is more than made up for other facilities. If you want to avoid the hustle & bustle of Kuta, Legian & Seminyak, Sanur is a much quieter location - not for those seeking the nightlife of Bali.

Great location, value for money, but...”
The location is great, easy walking distance to the beach, many excellent restaurants and staff were excellent and more than happy to assist with any queries. The swimming pool felt like a private pool; for 11 of the 13 days we were the only ones using it. The pool itself is great, feels like a nice private garden setting. The accommodation itself (we had apartment "C") is in need of an update. Floor tiles in the bathroom are becoming loose, the water catches on the tiles surrounding the bath and end up on the entry/exit area. The TV is a small and hasn't made it to the digital age - only Indonesian channels available. The DVD player is also getting past it - only able to play around 25% of videos bought. WiFi is available in rooms, but it is a bit slow and patchy. A kitchen cupboard has a hinge broken, that will probably stay that way until the other one goes? 2 very small bottles of water are supplied, shampoo and bath gel, but no hand soap? The water saver shower didn't work very well; we ended up going to Hardy's and purchasing a cheap replacement, which we used for the duration of the stay, then on leaving gave it to the wonderful laundry lady a couple of doors down. Does it sound like we didn't like the accommodation? Not in the least, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and for what we paid, we probably got what we paid for. That said, a few dollars spent on a bit of modernising will increase the chance of rental - There are 130,000 hotel rooms on the island, 90,000 of which are in South Bali, according to Kompas (source Sanur Weekly 13th April)

Great place with good value!”
It was love at first sight when my bf and I got into our apartment! It made us feel like home! The location of the hotel might be difficult to find as it Is situated directly behind a restaurant. You just have to look out for the signage "S'cape". It takes about 5mins to walk to the beach and there are many shops, restaurants and bars along the street. The apartment is kept very clean and it's spacious too. Very welcoming and friendly staffs as well.

Graet Value! Nice, quiet condo close to beach and main street”
Perfect spot if you want more than just tiny hotel room. Fully equipped kitchen, two storeys, step out and you are in the pool. We keep coming back to this place. I saw on other person in the pool in our 5 day stay this time. Very quiet and tidy as most condos are owned by foreigners who come here maybe once a year. Spacious rooms. Bathroom is basic, shower is badly designed in a bathtub spraying at you horizontally as it is not above you for who knows why but you can put up with it. You have to walk through a restaurant to get to the complex which is great as the restaurant is not part of the complex but happy to do room service. Sanur has the best beaches in Bali. Shindu Beach is part of Sanur and is a lot better than Sanur Beach and is the beach that you can walk down to.

Spacious ”
Lovely staff here. Rooms are quite large with upstairs and downstairs. Nice comfortable bed and open your doors to the pool. S'Cape has a restaurant out from called Cinnamon and a beauty salon right next door. Easy walking to beach and restaurants. Coming back in September

Great and quite condo”
It was a great 3 days stopover before we pass to Lembongan Island. The condo really big and comfortable. The bedroom at upstairs huge and with a big bathroom with a bath-tub. Downstairs has comfortable living room with a toilet and nice kitchen comes with all required utensils. Air-conditions are strong enough to cool the rooms down. The cleaning staff is great and do their job spotless. You are in middle of Sanur but you can find the peace in this condo. Since it's located behind of Cinnamon Cafe and enough far to main street gives you a quiet stay. Beach and restaurants are all at walking distance. It's value for money and will recommend to friends. Tips; For breakfast you can try the "Bread Basket". They serve fresh and delicious breads and cakes.After you go out of hotel turn right and walk around 10 minutes, it will be on your left side before arrive to Hardy's Supermarket.

Great location”
Behind Cinnamon restaurant, so great location in Sanur. Pool was lovely, and hotel provided pool towels for your stay. Daybed in room was perfect for lounging during the day and as a bed for our son at night. Kitchen facilities were handy for nights in after a long day trip out. Upstairs room and bathroom were really big. By far our favourite place we've stayed in!!

Peace and Quiet in Sanur”
There are only 16 units at the S'cape so we never felt crowded by people. Most of the people there were "long stay" people and it was nice to exchange information with other people who really know the area. It was great having a full kitchen and a living room as well as a large bedroom.

Good Value, Good Location, Quiet and Sacious”
Its basically a two storey apartment where the bedroom is upstairs and the living room is downstairs. You open the sliding door and within a step you are standing on the edge of the 25 x 3 meter tropical pool surrounded by a tropical garden. You can get this place between 45 and 60 AU$. Big bedroom upstairs with a bathroom/toilet (bad design for the shower in the useless bathtub you will never use but who cares really) Big bed but the mattress is hard so be prepared for some lower back pain. Downstairs you have the living space with a kitchenette and toilet. ..be aware..downstairs toilets get blocked a lot so if you are big on Number 2s do it upstairs. We have stayed here many many times and just the last trip we tried it with our 2 kids..2.7yrs and 8months. We all slept in one room which is well big enough and when they were sleeping we could still live our life downstairs. it is doable and not too bad. Concern for parents of toddlers and crawling babies :::!!!:: POOL..just outside your back door that slides open easily. I grew up in a normal environment just like my wife, not in todays over protective cotton wool style way of parenting so we didnt mind but we educated the young one so he knew not to get close if we are not right next to him and we just locked the crawling baby in the cupboard (not really..just supervised her properly) and we had no problem. In fact we spent hours and ours in the pool that is really not used by anyone as half the apartments are private ones and the owners live overseas. We saw 3 people in there in 10 days...so its a bit like a private pool. Location; great! Just behind a restaurant on the main and only street so it is quiet. Easy walk to beach, Hardys (supermarket) Cafes, Restaurants, Bars are plenty within a few steps... Like most places in Bali..the staff is a bit slow but smiley and helpful. Also needs a bit of maintenance like everything in Bali but it is clean, organised, fairly modern and all in all brilliant value for money

Spacious condo, good location, good value”
We had our 15 month daughter with us so we really enjoyed the upstairs where she could nap while we could still do things downstairs. A hotel room wouldn't have worked for us. The condo is nice and was a good value. It is in the part of Sanur we like, just a few minutes to the beach and not far from great restaurants. It's not a luxury hotel, but not a dump either. It had everything we needed, a nice little kitchen area, a good refrigerator, bathrooms on both levels, and a nice living area. The pool is just outside the door, too.

Home away from home”
we arrived to check in and were told there was a problem with our room (needed some painting done) and we had to stay at ellora down the road for one night. to our suprise it was a beautiful villa with private swimming pool (we didn't mind the inconvienience). the following day we moved to s'cape...it was clean, modern and had a everything you needed from cooking facilities, tv,s dvd player & aircon. staff were friendly & helpful.

Good Location, Great Price”
If you like more than just a hotel room, its a brilliant place. Its a bunch of two storey attached town houses in a secluded quiet spot off the main road with a clean, nice 20+ meter skinny pool surrounded by palm trees and the condos. Only 5 is owned by the hotel group the rest is private with usually no-one in it but it does have that "more private" feel to it which is great sometimes when you really had enough of all the clanking suitcases on the path and corridors. The bathroom is not the best setup as it has a small bathtub and a sower that you cant stand under as it is 1m off the tub. Bali bathrooms are grand usually, not this one but its fine and clean.Reception is a bit slack. The place is safe and secure- you have to walk through a restaurant to get to the hotel as it is off the road so its hard to locate but the restaurant will bring anything you order to your room. Close to the beach, lots of restaurants and cafes around. Brilliant value for $60 (thats what we paid), we will re-book it for March when we are back in Sanur.

Value for money”
Spent 2 nights here on 1st to 3rd april. It is value for money, good location, the unit was clean, the staffs were helpful. The kids had enough space to move around. Some parts of the room just need small rectification. My complain is only on the shower head, with that kind of shower head and high water pressure, it was very sharp to the skin. Changing shower head type will be a good thing. Overall, our stay was pleasant. There was no parking lot for cars, but it was no problem to us since we didnt drive ourselves. Just a reminder, the hotel is behind cinnamon restaurant. Just look for the restaurant from the road.

A fantastic maisonette in the heart of Sanur”
We loved our stay so much we extended twice! The two story apartment was clean and comfortable with a well stocked kitchen, two toilet rooms and a seating area. The bedroom was spacious and felt luxurious. AC worked well and the daily housekeeping was a treat. We saved so much cooking two meals at home especially for our hungry kids and loved going to nearby restaurants and cafes for a meal once a day. Easy access to the beach (just walk through Arotel) and pool was chilly but refreshing and great for morning lengths. Nice community of long stayers here. We felt welcome and comfortable. Laundry next door. HARDY’s supermarket a short walk for affordable groceries. Highly recommended.

Nice Hotel”
It was a pleasant stay. Friendly staff, the condotel itself, value for money. Bathroom need some fix, tv also need to be updated. No parking spot. But i can say deff i'll be back. :)
