Michael and Erin made feel at home at Rumah Kita, they helped me with everything I needed. The homestay is cozy, clean and very peaceful.

Hostel has really nice furniture and nice chill out zone but if you want to work, it's not your place as it's really hot. Breakfast wasn't that impressive, it was either just fried spicy rice or some small snaсks. Personal of the guesthouse is very nice though because of the coronovirus i and other guest were asked not to go out which is crazy and eventually to leave.

I’ve had booked this place for it’s positive ratings, location and pricing. Unfortunately I can’t concur in regards to it’s high rating plus completely unjustified pricing range after my personal experience at Ruma Kita BnB which was disorganized, stressful, and quite unpleasant to say the least. In fact it was so very disappointing, not hospitality friendly, and definitely didn’t make one welcome at all. Generally it made travellers feel more like intruders into “some ones” cluttered extra space with little air circulation and humid temperatures. Hence I’m taking time and effort writing this review. The owner/ operator and his family are living in the same dwelling and upon arrival he was stating that “someone else” is actually taking care of booking, reception, greeting etc. which created a few unnecessary complications entirely by changing a confirmed room and price at will and without prior notifications. Except for meeting the always friendly female housekeeping contractor and some other paying guests I was never introduced to this nameless “someone else” in person. Instead all further indirect communications via WhatsApp turned into a stressful time wasting nightmare in order to confirm/ extend my stay with this “someone else “. In addition the wifi did not work in my room but a large sized crawling cockroach waited on my bed returning one evening . Moreover, plenty of annoying hungry ants caused countless pains all over my body during night time. Neither linens (full of holes) nor towels were changed, at morning times toilet paper was in short supply, and the shower system was in mediocre working condition. Finally, the last day i was woken up (!) when the owner provided an ice cold apology, to little to late, and bottom line is this ain’t good enough for so many unacceptable services. Always giving the benefit of doubt and remaining positive everything was just extremely unprofessional until the end of being at Ruma Kita BnB. I’ve stayed in countless similar

Rumah Kita BnB est un hébergement sommaire mais agréable, un peu « roots » mais très propre et joli. Dommage que certaines chambres n’aient pas de fenêtres. L’enregistrement est un peu fastidieux mais le personnel administratif est réactif. Les personnes qui gèrent le lieu sont très agréables, en particulier Michael et Erin.

Terimakasi..... rukita bnb First time dtg sbg solo traveller, agak takut juga pilih penginapan.. tapi untung nya dapet yang homey banget... Recommend banget deh buat yg dtg rombongan atw sendiri... apalagi yg sendiri ya...🤣🤣 dont worry pokok nyaa bebas worry.. .. smw nya bersih ..... walau masuk gang sempit dan parkiran mobil/motor nya agaak ribet.... tapi okelah..... tempatnya juga strategis... dekat jln besar, ada juga halte trans jogja... jd bisa bolak balik malioboro pake trans jogja.. langsung turun deket penginapannya.... deket alun² kidul tinggal jalan kaki.... thanks see you again.....🙏🙏

fasilitasnya bagus, kamr mandi, bunked bednya, tapi ngg ada lahan parkir dan juga ada hewan piaraan (anjing kecil). staffnya ramah. pokoknya temptnya kereen.
