Perfect Locations for city stroller!”
Just in front of Tugu station! But late night train would probably interupt your sleep and street’ sound kinda noisy. Perhaps you may book room with city view instead of train station view. Also I got free upgrade to Malioboro suite (same type as deluxe only a bit larger room) And they also gave us free minibar (snack & 2 drinks; thank you so much) The staff were so full with hospitality! Breakfast variants are OK. Room were clean and neat! Hopefully this situation will long lasts!

This property is located just a few stone throw from Malioboro. The train station Tugu is right across the street and it’s really easy to go around the city, if you stay in this hotel. What I love the most about it is the spacious bedroom and its beautiful furnishings. Value for money is great and I hope it stays that way.

We was called at 11am to be reminded that check out time is 12am. It is kind of rude! I was travelling at stay at various hotels and Royal Malioboro is the only one give this kind of notice! And I was given a smoking floor without asking my preference.

Pro: New and clean. Great customer service. Located just beside the train station. Nice breakfast. Con: Soundproofing is terrible. You can hear your neighbours and also the train honking sound throughout the day and night. Definitely not for light sleeper.

I think the hotel location is great for a 1st time traveler to the city with the shopping street just 10mins away and there's also some small restaurants right across the road. The only thing is the noise level from the neighbouring rooms can be rather disturbing as this hotel seems quite popular with groups. Overall, the hotel is clean, affordable and comfortable.

Hotel is quite new, just celebrate 2nd anniversary. Hotel located accrossed tugu station. Early in the morning, you can feel a bit noise from the trains' horn. But the hotel is very clean, good and plenty of variant of breakfast. Hotel also provides water dispenser. Sure will be back again.
