Staff”
The staff were so gracious, attentive and kind. We were waiting for our bus on our last morning and when it was late, a female staff member came by stating the bus was too late, took the number of the bus company and called them for us. When they still didn’t come she called again and a tuk tuk driver came to delivery us to the bus. She was fantastic ALL staff were excellent. The hotel and our room were spotless and our room was cleaned every day. The breakfast buffet was well above average with a variety of Cambodian and western food. Highly recommended

Pay a little extra and get a great room in a great location”
We have stayed in Siem Reap many times over many years, usually 3 star hotels. This time was no exception and the place we initially chose was disappointing. With the increase in hotel prices we decided to pay a little extra and found Royal Crown Spa, a beautiful French influenced hotel within a few minutes walk of Pub Street. The room was fantastic, the pool was beautiful and clean and enjoyable and the breakfast was superb. Although close to traffic the windows are double glazed so nice and quiet inside. The only downside was that the hot water was not working on 3 occasions but was quickly fixed when asked. We can highly recommend the hotel.

The location of this Hotel I excellent and the rooms and premises are kept neat and clean. The breakfast buffet was repeated everyday and needs variety. The spa is excellent. laundry service is ridiculously expensive. Hot water available through out the day without any drop in pressure and bathrooms are clean but doesn’t have a lock. I would recommend this hotel for your Siem Reap stay.

The hotel are surprisingly great with beautiful pool and superb staff! My concierge guy Sukon are really great. Arranged my sunrise visit to Angkor wat with TukTuk and wake up call. Really recommend this hotel. Great location, just a few steps from The Hard Rock Cafe and walking distance to Pub Street. Just across the river.

Great location near old market/ pub street but just over the river so nice and quite at night even with having a balcony room. Really comfortable bed and nice hot shower with great pressure. Yummy breakfast buffet with wide selection also included. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful; assisted me book two tours; - the grand circuit with guide Barin Chan and tuttut driver Toll, who were both very kind and facilated a great private sunrise tour of Ankor Wat in English. - the floating village tour with guide Touch who was also great The hotel staff also helped me book a bus to Phnom Penh via Giantibus which was also a very lovely journey with comfortable bus. Only gave 4/5 for the facilities as there is no gym, but otherwise no issues. Would highly recommend a stay here for the location, rooms, breakfast and staff, as well as the tours and transport they can help you book into as they were all very high quality and value for money!

Loved everything about Royal Crown! Location is great and within walking distance of the markets and so many great shops, cafes and restaurants! Hotel was beautiful, rooms always clean and buffet breakfast was great! But the amazing staff are what put it above the rest and are the reason i'll stay here every time I'm in Siem Reap! Nice old style facility. Love the wood finishes. Great staff. Good breakfast buffet included. Location is walking distance to markets, street food, and restaurants. Arrangements made at front desk for tours to Angkor Wat were flawless. Driver sticks around all day to shuttle to next temple site. Excellent service. Thank you!

The staff at this hotel were excellent. From check-in to the staff in the restaurant and pool area they were always attentive to make your stay was a great experience. After my wife sprained her ankle they moved us to a more accessible room and provided us with a wheelchair to use for the remaining 5 days of our stay

This was an absolute gem of a hotel. The staff were extremely attentive and helpful and went above and beyond. The pools, of which there were two, were pretty but with only a few seats around them. It was conveniently located to everything in Siem Reap. I highly recommend this hotel

Despite covid This hotel still upheld good customer service all round. the rooms were clean and the shower pressure was good( must have a good shower). the hot water was super hot. the food was sorted outside ( BBQ place next door) the tuk tuk guys out the front a cool with good prices to Ankor wat and other tours you may be interested in. overall this location was good for us. clean safe and comfortable. We'll be back for sure.

Best Location in Siem Reap”
Royal Crown Hotel and Spa was a good experience. We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights-4 days. Room was clean and Hygiene was maintained. Breakfast was good, can be better for Vegetarian travellers. good options for Non-veg and eggetarians. Staff was courteous and helpful. Location is great as its walking distance from Night market, Pub Street and Old Market. Angkor Wat is close by. Overall great place to stay and experience the Angkor heritage sites in Siem Reap

Warm and friendly people”
We booked Royal Crown which is just a walking distance to Pub Street, coffee shops and massage. Lots of restos and convenience stores, pharmacies just across the hotel. The people here are very friendly. The rooms are big enough. Though I must say that they need to improve the variety of their breakfast. They serve the same food everyday. All in all, i will recommend this hotel.
