Very comfortable, great location”

I stayed in London for one night and chose Roseate House as it was very conveniently located to Paddington Station. It is also very close to Lancaster Gate tube. Lots to see in the area and I felt safe as a single woman walking in the area at night. Hotel was clean and the staff were very welcoming. There were cookies as a welcome treat with tea & coffee provided in the room. I would definitely stay again.

Roseate House is the perfect location. It is very close to Paddington Station which will get you anywhere in London. The staff was outstanding. We had room 103 which I strongly recommend. Wonderful balcony which we used everyday. We absolutely loved the Roseate House.

Small, cosy hotel with friendly service”

This is a small hotel with a proper English decor. It has style and comfortable rooms. Location very close to Hyde Park.
Room had two flat screen TVs. One never worked and the other broke down during our stay. The repair man was not immediately available to fix this.

If you are looking for a traditional English hotel but don't want to stay in an old-fashioned room, then this is a hotel for you. The design is traditional but nothing in the hotel is old (apart from the building itself of course). You will have a new bath room in traditional English style. The same goes for the bed etc. Since it is a small hotel, there is no dining room. Your breakfast is brought to your room at the time you choose. The room has a table, chairs and sofa, so there is space to have your breakfast. This hotel is most suited to couples and a romantic weekend in London. Certainly not a business hotel. Location is fine. 300 metres from Lancaster Gate tube station, which is right next to Hyde Park. Marble Arch is a short walk away. The staff was friendly to us. We would certainly consider this hotel for future stays.

Quaint English Hotel Stay”

So I actually stayed here with my cousin. We originally booked partial stay here and ended up extending to spend more time in London and stay here it was so lovely. The hotel is a remodeled old English home so while it is hotel in name it feels more like a Bed and Breakfast or boutique hotel which usually is quite costly. The manager was incredibly nice and friendly, our room made us feel very cozy and right at home and there was very little noise pollution from outside as we were minutes from Hyde Park. The food and drinks at the hotel restaurant bar was also very impressive! My one complaint was that they would miss little things here and there when they cleaned the room, and our teapot was gross, but they eventually brought us a new one that was VERY clean. Would definitely come back here!

Great gem of a find!”

My husband and I stayed here on the last night of our two week Europe trip. We met up with another couple friends of ours. Our goal was to find a quaint and typical London boutique hotel. The hotel was easy distance from Paddington and in a great location. Check in was easy and they upgraded our room. A very pleasant surprise. The staff was friendly and had a fun sense of humor. We enjoyed the parlor with the honor system beverages prior to going out for the evening. The rooms were nicely appointed, spacious for European standards, very clean and comfortable. The top floor was quite warm so the staff brought up a portable air conditioner to help cool down the room. Not necessary but very appreciated! The next day when we went to check in for our flights online our international flight had been cancelled. The staff immediately took concern and helped us secure a room for the night (at a special rate) and let us use the desk to make calls to the airline. They were so kind and accommodating- going well above and beyond. Exactly how excellent customer service should be. We will be back and certainly will recommended this hotel to others. Thanks for a great experience Urte and Victoria!

Luxurious Refuge in Central London”

The Royal Park is well situated, just minutes from Hyde Park and the Lancaster Gate tube station and from Paddington Station, the end point of the Heathrow Express.
I can only think of a minor issue and that is the absence of a person at the door. The steps up to the hotel can be quite steep for those with heavy luggage or mobility problems. While the staff are always helpful, in these instances, one must first locate them.

The Royal Park Hotel is comprised of a beautifully maintained set of 19th century homes. Rooms are very comfortable, tastefully furnished and kept immaculately clean by friendly yet professional staff. Breakfast is served to order in one's room and evening canapes and champagne are available in either the exquisitely decorated sitting rooms or one's room again. The Royal Park is truly a luxurious refuge in central London.

Great location!”

Booked a deal on an Exec Rm-spacious & totally worth it..considering its London. Was in e city for 7nites..spent e first 3 in another hotel, in a club rm that was 13sqm..so this room (@double e size) was totally a boon! Staff were courteous & pleasent generally. Bar in e hotel is stocked well & they run events (on a daily basis I think)...which is a nice alternative to figuring out how to amuse yourself in e city (not that there is a shortage of options out there). Now for e underwhelming bits.. (1) pillows..be prepared for neck cricks (2) housekeeping - inconsistent standards...(a) no moisturiser when I checked in..used my own and then on day3 got a bottle of moisturiser..(b) no replenishment of toilet rolls on day 2 (when it was clearly needed)..called for it and there was no attempt to deliver it promptly..it did not arrive before I left e room..(c) bed isn’t really made..duvet is neatened but the bedsheets arent made (or even snorted over). Overall a good stay though..

This was my second stay in this hotel, after having to extend my stay because of Storm Dennis. I had provided an excellent review previously. Not only I was pleasantly surprised, but I was blown away with the level of service and high quality ingredients they served for their breakfast. The best hotel I ever stayed in London - even surpassed the Renaissance hotel service in Kings Cross.

Helpful staff, Room OK size for London, Garden

Can walk to hotel from Paddington which is good, also very close to Hyde Park. You need to use the tube to get to more central parts of London, which is not as much fun as buses. Good restaurants nearby, and a walk in Hyde park when the sun is shinning is very nice.

Mom & Daughter 2 Week Stay”

We stayed for a total of 12 nights and enjoyed our stay very much. * Hotel - charming, clean, and comfortable. Good bathroom that didn't look old, nice sheets and pillows, and great bar! - Wifi all over the hotel that didn't lag. * Location - near public transport and other popular areas, but quiet and peaceful to come "home" to and get a good nights rest or a to go out for a nice and peaceful walk * Staff - absolutely charming, helpful, and gracious - what you'd expect if you were visiting family abroad. Highly recommended and would stay here again for future trips to London. Would also recommend getting the breakfast option as the buffet was decent and filling.

Gorgeous Hotel and Lovely Staff”

Small boutique hotel

The Royal Park Hotel is just a lovely place to stay. Steps away from Paddington Station, it's central to just about anywhere you'd like to go in London. The rooms are beautiful and the staff incredibly helpful and professional. Even though on busy Westbourne Terrace, the rooms are very quiet!
