This hotel is a regular on my visits to Manila. It is neat and tidy and good value. It has a small restaurant and excellent room service. Malate is a good location. Lots of restaurants and bars. Close to the big shopping mall, and Manila bay. The old city of Intramuros is 15 minute walk, or 5 minute tricycle ride if you prefer. It is a good starting point for further exploration.

The ambiance was great! The staff at the resto, however, was not answering the phone for several tries. We had to call another number. The bathroom door needs repair coz it could not be closed. Other than that, our stay was great!
