Room is 5 stars! All amenities you can think of are there. I was given the room by 2 pm and bags were kept in storage for us before check in and after checking out. Wide range of food at their restaurant. Famous for the roast beef and pricings are reasonable.

Great location, great hotel, great staffs”
First of all, the location is just perfect. It's connected to Yui Monorail which runs around Naha city and also to Naha airport. If you take taxi from Naha airport, like I did, the trip will take less than 15 minutes. Moreover, the hotel is practically next to Naha bus terminal, which is very convenient for those who don't rent car. From outside, the RIHGA Royal Gran Okinawa Hotel looks like ordinary building, but inside it's decorated tastefully. Room is clean and importantly, bathroom is very spacious and has seperated toilet ( I booked twin bed room). View from room is so-so but from lobby and restaurant (14th floor) is quite stunning. Breakfast buffet is superb and offers Okinawa food as well as international. Staffs speak good English and are friendly. It is our first time in Okinawa so we asked a lot of questions and they seemed genuinely glad to help us.

Lovely and comfortable stay”
I stayed in this hotel for 3 days. When I first arrived the hotel, I was so surprised by valet parking. As the previous stay in other hotel in Okinawa doesn't have this service. During check in, staff was very friendly. They even served drink during the process. Security was very well done, we have to take a lift the 14th floor, the lobby. After check in, we have to take another lift with our room key card that allow access to each floor. The rooms are very clean and big. Bed is super comfy :) However, there were construction nearby, sound-proofing not that good. Overall, I did enjoy my stay and definitely will book again

Really like this hotel, everything is nearly perfect except the WiFi is a bit weak in the room. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast has quite a lot of variety and the food is quite nice as well. Very worthy for this price! Will definitely come back to this hotel if I go Okinawa next time.

The hotel is conveniently located, just two minutes walk on pedestrian overpass from monorail station. There is a Lawson convenient store nearby and car renting shop OTS is just 5-10 min walk away. Staff is friendly and helpful. The lady at the front desk suggested two very good nearby izakayas for dinner. The room is quite nice, clean and well maintained, in terms of a four star hotel. Fairly priced in Okinawa standard.

Location is very good for traveller go alongs with Luggage , very convenience , close to the station !! The staff is very helpful for everything especially I am a breastfeed mom, they help me to storage the breastmilk without any uncomfortable feeling.... We stay 3 nights here and second time in Okinawa. Several goods things about this hotel 1. Velvet parking is very good and convenient but 1500 yen a day bit too much. 2. Hotel lobby on 14/F with great view 3. I had my anniversary dinner in the Hotel Restaurant I must say it is surprise me, the chef is great the food is amazing we had a wonderful evening. Great Waitress ! 4. Location not bad 5 mins drive from city central or 15 mins walk to centre. Bad things 1. Need to take another lift to room. 2. Lobby is on 14/F but we stay in 7/F, the view upset me a lot, not worth for this price. If same room. Above 14/F would be better. 3. Carpet not very clean. 4. Not much restaurant around.

Good location and room, but service”
This is the second hotel we stayed in Okinawa. The comfy suite with extra large size bathroom really surprised us. And it is convenient for those with kids as there are convenient store and a great pork restaurant downstairs. But the service is quite disappointing. Not only the reception staff, waiters and waitresses in restaurant all looked very gloomy like they are restrained to smile. They just want to finish their work and keep whispering to each other. We travel to Japan more than twice every year, this is the first time we confronted this kind of working attitude. But staffs downstairs helping with parking are nice.

Nice and clean hotel in Naha”
The hotel is very convenient coming from the Naha airport by monorail. The room is spacious and very clean. The check-in is on level 14 but the rooms are at lower floor, you need to go up to level 14 to take another lift that brings you to ground level every time when you need to leave the hotel. The hotel is a little off the main shopping street but still walkable by about 15 minutes. Overall, I like the hotel even though we stayed only for one night as the staff is generally helpful and the room is nice.
