"New facility, the service was excellent although I speak Indonesian and I think some of the staff didn't speak that well. One girl was very fluent as well as the older manager. They gave my friend a ride to the atm when he was checking out and the staff are very polite and friendly. The rooms are clean BUT one room had a bit of a smell of dampness coming from the bathroom. They upgraded us and the other room still had a slight odour but remember, your travelling in Indonesia! Despite that small problem, which wasn't ubearable, I would highly recommend this hotel. Location is right in Rantepao so no need to hire a taxi for some strolls through the town."
