We stayed at Hotel Ora in Sentosa as a family, and while the location is very convenient—especially for visiting Universal Studios and attending events at the Sentosa Convention Centre—our overall experience had some disappointments. 👍 What we liked: The breakfast was enjoyable, with a good variety of Asian and Western dishes. The hotel is modern and the check-in process was efficient. 👎 What needs improvement: The bathroom sink did not provide warm water as indicated, which was a minor but noticeable issue. Housekeeping was inconsistent. Although towels were replaced, the bed linens and duvet covers were not changed at all during our stay. This was unexpected for a hotel in this category. Attention to detail in room cleaning was lacking on certain days. Overall, Hotel Ora has a lot of potential thanks to its location and breakfast quality, but we hope the management improves its housekeeping standards to provide a more satisfying experience for future guests.

Hotel Ora is a newly revamped hotel from the previous Festive Hotel. The staff were really nice, accommodating and very helpful. We stayed here for my wife's birthday and the hotel arranged for a balloon decoration in our room during check-in (no cake unfortunately). But there was a box of chocolates to commemorate Singapore's 60th birthday. The hotel is perfect for those planning to visit USS, Oceanarium, Harry Potter or even Siloso beach. You can walk to Siloso beach easily for around 10-15 minutes, or take the train to Beach Station. They provide a water cooler on every floor, so you can top up a bottle available in the room. However, just a couple of minor blemishes for me which was the lack of bidet in the toilet as well as the hotel breakfast being non-halal, so naturally decided not to get the breakfast option. But other than that, the stay was perfect. The drinks in the fridge were all complimentary, and they topped it all off during housekeeping. They were also very generous with us asking for additional items such as kids amenities, etc, so the service was excellent.

We had an amazing stay at Hotel Ora! I requested a special room setup to surprise my husband upon check-in, and the team went above and beyond to accommodate it — it was beautifully done and made our arrival truly special. The room was cleaned daily with fresh toiletries and drinks replenished every day, which we really appreciated. The staff were consistently warm, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety to choose from. The location is also perfect — just a short walk to Universal Studios Singapore, great restaurants, and convenient public transport options. Highly recommend Hotel Ora, and we’ll definitely be coming back again!
