Perfect Stay”
I booked a Deluxe Room with Pool Access as well as Deluxe Suite King for my stay. I enjoyed spending quality time with my family at hotels in Sentosa, but I think Equarius Hotel tops it all off. The lounge area was pretty spacious and big to accomodate peak hour guests. It was airy and bright and it was indeed a pleasant wait. Moving on the rooms, DSK had a very HUGE SPACE and had an outdoor garden like balcony. If you have young children like me, it was a very nice experience as you get to soak in the sounds and sight of nature. At night you get to stargaze with your curious little ones. Our DK with pool access was very spacious as well and the straight access to the pool was lovely. My children look forward to dipping into the pool every morning. Equarius Hotel staffs are knowledgable, warm and friendly. I have to give a special mention to Seetha. There was a minor hiccup in my booking but she was patient and kind to listen to my concerns and was able to help me resolve the issue. I apprieciated how she provided options in the rooms and suggested some of her ideas according to her expertise. Finally, those who are driving in. The carpark is easily accesible to the main lobby. And not to worry, they have ramps for those who are on wheelchairs. All in all the stay was brilliant and I look forward in booking at Equarius again ❤️

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here at equarius hotel. Room was spacious, clean and came with a very scenic city view. Hotel breakfast was located at Hard Rock Cafe which was the only thing that we felt was lacking - selection for an international buffet breakfast was rather miserable at $40+ per adult. Food was really mediocre. But all in all, it’s been a wonderful experience here at the hotel. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. A special shout out to the front desk - Puna and Seetha, for ending our stay on a sweet note!

Perfect getaway”
Amidst our busy work schedule, my friend and I decided on going for a 3d2n staycation, somewhere not within the bustling city area. Our Equarius Hotel stay was indeed the perfect getaway. Everything was great from check-in to check-out. The deluxe room was the most spacious we've been to. Though it'll be nice to have a jetspray/bidet in the wc area, the toilet was still great- spacious and comfortable (big bathtub with separate shower area and 2 wash basins). We especially love the garden view out from the balcony. Chilling and so much peace. Aside to that, got to really give it to the staffs. Top notch service from front desk, to technician and housekeeping on duty during that weekend. Special shoutout to Jasmine from front desk for the kind assists and follow ups. Had a fall scooting around sentosa and injured my leg pretty badly. Requested for a little late check out for the following day and another bucket of ice. Jasmine attended to our requests together with ice packs which was brought up to the room by the manager i think? That was indeed a very warm and nice gesture received. Thank you very much for our pleasant stay. Will be back again definitely. :)

We were celebrating our son's birthday and decided that a staycation would be the best option. We returned to Equarius where we previously stayed pre-Covid. We were not disappointed. We were greeted enthusiatically by the front desk team. Our hotels rooms were impeccably clean and the service was prompt and outstanding as expected. We had briefly mentioned to the front desk manager of our son's birthday and were very pleasantly surprised to receive a birthday cake within 30 mins of our check in. The pool was fantastic and suitable for children. We highly recommend this hotel to all travellers and in particular to families travelling with young children. Its proximity to all the Sentosa attractions makes hopping around the various sites easy and convenient. Special mention to Mr. Kevin Singh, Ms Jesslyn, Ms Megha and Mr. Eugene for their attentiveness in ensuring that our every needs were met promptly and with a smile.

The location is good for family who plan to go for water park. Very convenient to go and back to room for bath and take a rest. Staff are very nice. Nice bathroom and balcony. Shuttle bus services is frequent and even after the shuttle bus services period. Hotel can arrange a minibus to pick you up. Must stay in this hotel again.

I really want to compliment kelly as she help me with my seamless check in at the reception. This leaves me with a lasting impression through my stay at Equarius. As we are checking out from ocean suites , kelly came to understand that we can't bare to leave this romantic under water room. She told us to hold on and she went to get approval to give us a special rate if we extend our stay. as we have paid and book Equarius for next day we rejected the offer. Have we no booking we would have extended and continue to enjoy the 24 hrs Aquarium View. Thank You kelly its really effort, thank you for getting us that good price. I would like to special mention Mr Yadi. We were waiting for a buggy ride to hotel michael for lunch on our check out date. He saw us greeted us and had a little chit chat since we are waiting for the buggy. We came to know that he was originally from hotel michael attachment to Equarius for a short period to help out. We told him the guest of Equarius are lucky to have him around as he is very attentive and always focusing to give customer a great time and ease their hassle. What has Mr Yadi done to make us want to compliment him? With a little chat he notice that we just check out and is going for lunch will be coming back to collect our luggage and off we go. In order to save us the trouble , he transfer our luggage from Equarius to hotel michael and once we are done with lunch we can set off from there. So our luggage are safe keep at hotel michael with a luggage tag given to us. Thank You Mr Yadi for asking us , talking to us. actually to find out how can you better be of service to us. We couldn't feel more appreciated enough. You are very generous with your service. You made our day!

Great stay at the hotel. Enjoyed the amenities and surrounding. Staff really available all time to help guests any time. guarantee 15 min service. Food was excellent and tasty. Transportation in house service is well coordinate and available on any time. Reach to hotel also easy, when it comes to Taxi driver they are lost at B1M and B2 pickup. Better to ask Taxi's to pick you from Lobby instead Basement. Pool and jacuzzi: Pool is not mosquito free so bring your own replant and enjoy swim in pool. Thanks to all staff to be supportive. Big and spacious room”
Very happy with the hotel room. Room and toilet are very spacious and clean. Love the bath tub with the spa toiletries. The toilet even has a TV for guest to enjoy while soaking bubble bath in the bath tub. I opted to upgrade to premium room so that the kids can run around in the big garden attached to the room. Only bad point was that the garden is surrounded by the forest and it can be quite noisy as it was the cricket mating season when we went. The check-in process took around 45 minutes though and the FO manager explained it was due to their staff on MC. I almost mistaken the safe-distancing ambassador as the hotel staff as one of them didn't wear any name tag and had wore a black polo tee with jeans, issuing queue tickets and doing crowd control. I could even hear the ambassador bad-mouthing the front office staff to the guest while they were queuing up and ambassador shouting across to guest to tell them certain things which i thought this shouldn't have happen there especially this is a 5-star hotel. Foreign guests might also mistake the ambassador as their staff as they didnt wear any name tags. This could potentially bring the hotel's reputation down. But since the government has now release the measures, there shouldn't be any problem. Overall, i am very happy with my stay and i will come back again. =]

The moment we entered the hotel we were given a warm welcome by Ms Seetha & Mr Simran at front desk. Even though we were a couple of hours early , upon seeing us that we were tired from a long flight , The manager Ms Jesslyn upgraded our room to the higher catergory as that was ready. Every night as we entered our room after a long day of excursions, we were welcomed by a gift on our room. The care & thoughtfulness carried accross until we took the ride & until we checked in to the next hotel in the city. I would highly recommend this hotel for family with kids as they really really do their best to pamper you as their own family. Kudos to Ms Jesslyn & Mr Simran. Keep up the good work.

We arrived early to check in as we would like to bring our boy around Sentosa before resting into our room The hotel staff Zimran welcome us warmly and accept our requests professionally Really made our day for such a good feel to start the stay The room itself is clean and spacious, our toddler happily jumped around the room and refused to sleep couple of times out of excitement Breakfast is limited given to the current covid situation, but it tasted delicious compared to most of the staycations we had. The pool is pretty and the water kept warm all the time. We really love the stay and look forward to go back again

We celebrated my son’s 2nd birthday and he loved the staycation + SEA Aquarium & USS package. We loved it too although we were exhausted parents. The room is great, spacious, good furnishings and furnitures, great greenery facing balcony, quiet, and bed is superb. The hot staff are the best- helped us in every way from beginning til end. Concierge was so helpful- the lady who was on duty helped us booked for Aquarium & USS last minute. The bellman & FO team are courteous. USS entrance team are great - gave vouchers for popsicles. Celebrated my 28th at Equarius hotel and they didn’t disappoint. Although I did receive balloons and cake when I celebrated at other hotels , wasn’t expecting but it’d be nice tho since I share th same birthday with equarius . They opened for business on 16 February 2012 hahahaha Room was spacious and clean. Staff was warm and helpful. Enjoyed my time there. They allowed late check out too :D
