De Alturas: Nice Stay”
Firstly, i want to special mention Sangeeta at Reception... She was very kind and helpful... Helped in every manner Rooms were good with balconies Need to improve breakfast menu.. Same menu followed everyday Recommended for families and couples as nearby to Candolim, Calangute and Baga beach

We booked premium room, but when we arrived at hotel they said that premium rooms are not part of main hotel building, there are two sections B & C which lies behind the hotel building. Which is some old 3 storied building containing 4 flats on each floor, poorly refurbished into hotel rooms, and note that NO LIFT is available in this section. They gave me option to change it to grand premium room which is in main building and has lift at extra of 1000 per night. So please keep this in mind while booking Premium room for this resort. There is no mention that lift is not available for premium rooms.

The property has a very difficult, narrow and hilly place for parking car. One of the Jeep was broke down and we had to wait for 1 complete day to get our car. Parking facility - Pathetic experience. The Bath tub in our room was faulty. Overall not a good experience.

Hotel is situated inside a small road from main road, Rooms are fine, some staff/manager attitude didn't seem pleasant. Room service was bit delayed. Cons-1) Swimming pool water was not very good 2) In-house restaurant didn't had many Veg options, we had to go out of restaurant to eat for breakfast/lunch or dinner. 3) Do not take there lowest category room, Its the worst and situated in building behind actual building. Its lobby smells , toilets are bad, it doesn't have a lift and has a very bad View from its windows. Other higher room options in main building are fine and can be considered for stay.

Good staff, Nice Location & friendly staff ... the issue I faced was with the cleanliness in the room and the Air Conditioner not working ... the reception kept on telling me 7 to 8 times that someone will come to fix it but no one came.
