It is a very clean and comfortable hotel. Perfect for long term stay. Nice rooms with kitchenettes if you like to keep and cook your own food in the room. Free breakfast is really good.
Good hotel, the only down side is the bar by the pool is not open
If you are the type to enjoy an accommodation which gives you the sense of feeling at home with the services of a hotel, then this hotel is perfect for you. Each room is equipped with a kitchen, sofa, bed, flatscreen TV and full bathroom. I was happy to see that this hotel had an ATM onsite which is a big plus for me as I did not need to go searching for one in a location that may not be safe especially at night. This hotel does not have a restaurant onsite, but you can use UberEATS to order meals. Every day you have a breakfast buffet which varies every few days or so. There is a roof top pool and gym above the hotel. If you enjoy shopping, there is a mall across the street from the hotel filled with many restaurants and stores. Another big reason why I chose to stay in this area of Mexico is because it is one of the few areas which allows you to use Uber. There is no need to hail a cab if you have access to the Uber App. The hotel is within minutes of the airport. The hotel also offers group tours if you would like to take tours to famous landmarks around Yucatan and learn about the culture, especially to view the Cenotes. The staff was always very friendly and helpful to me and upon my return to Merida I will book with this hotel again.

“Great hotel in a great location”
Due to an emergency, I had to stay in Mérida for an additional 10 days. I chose Residence Inn because I wanted to be able to have and make my own food instead of eating out every day. This is a really nice hotel in a good location close to many places. The staff is extremely nice and accommodating. The room and hotel is very clean and well taken care of. The free breakfast made sure I had one good prepared meal a day and the other meals I made in my room. I would definitely stay again
